She performed work on my elderly mother while associated with Fairfield Family Dental in Feb. 2020. After completing the first phase of work, she was not reachable to set the next appointment. After a few couple weeks of getting the run-around, numerous requests were made to obtain records to complete the remaining procedures with another dentist, but no response. After going to the office and seeing the mail piled up for what appeared to be weeks, a call was made to CT State Dental Association. The representative indicated "Dr". Reddy's license lapsed and she should not be practicing. He provided the website to verify the information (attached). Please help me stop "Dr. Shady" Reddy who is not only practicing illegally but taking advantage of the elderly.
