We went in with our kids during the cleaning and as soon as we went in the room the hygienist were talking about us under their breath. Something like see I told you it was them. One of the hygienist asked us if we would like them to use fluoride and my wife and I were talking about it and I was undecided so I said for her to make the decision. Then one of the nice hygienist asked if everyone was ready to start and the other one so rudely says 'no they are arguing over fluoride' and the nice one didn't hear her so she again rudely repeated with 'they are fighting over fluoride'. So I get a little heated and decided to go to the waiting room so I can settle down and rethink did she just really say that? To say that about someone in front of their four kids is beyond unprofessional and should really be addressed by the office. My daughter was the one who heard them talking about us under their breath and I can't even imagine how she feels to have these people who never met us treat us this way. The dentist Stephanie was nice as was the two of the hygienists but I forgot there names, the hygienist who cleaned my oldest daughters teeth didn't say hello or anything to her and I'm not saying you need to start a 10 minute conversation but a simple hello would be nice. The sad part is I used to come to this dentist when I was a kid and have so many good memories from back then like playing the Atari games, now I come back with my kids and had to experience the total opposite!

She performed work on my elderly mother while associated with Fairfield Family Dental in Feb. 2020. After completing the first phase of work, she was not reachable to set the next appointment. After a few couple weeks of getting the run-around, numerous requests were made to obtain records to complete the remaining procedures with another dentist, but no response. After going to the office and seeing the mail piled up for what appeared to be weeks, a call was made to CT State Dental Association. The representative indicated "Dr". Reddy's license lapsed and she should not be practicing. He provided the website to verify the information (attached).
