This place is fantastic!! My 3yo and 5yo actually get excited to go. the dino decor is super fun, they let the kids pretend to brush stuffed dinosaurs' teeth while they're waiting in the dental chairs, there are tvs with cartoons on the ceiling, the staff provide them with sunglasses to protect their eyes from the light during cleanings and at the end they even get a little goodie bag with a prize. Staff have positive energy and the dentist is consistently super sweet ! They're even mindful each time about one of my kids having celiac disease and keeping an eye out for dental issues that can come along with that. 5 stars! read more

We had 2 appts at 9am for our children. We were told to wait in the car for 5 mins and someone would be right out. By 920 still nothing so we call and ask how much longer. We are told they have to check with the hygienist. Someone then comes out to take someone ELSE waiting until their car in for an apt. We are told 5 more minutes at nearly 930'at this point. I don't understand how you can be that far behind with patients that early in the morning or why there is NO courtesy to let people who are waiting in the car with kids what is going on! Absolutely will Never be back here. read more

I am disgusted. We have been going for about 1.5 years. It has been terrific. Love the private room. Especially during covid. My daughter needed some cavities filled. Went in and they explained it needed to be done in 2 appointments because she had 5 cavities. First filling appointment was amazing. My 5 year old was so scared of the needle to fill her 2 cavities. The doctor did it so disgreetly she laid peacefully while the doctor did her thing. Went back a second time. 3 cavities my daughter was now 6 years old. I had my 2 year old that was getting ansy. They were running 20 min late. By the time the doctor came in my son was not cooperating. My daughter was getting anxious about the needle. They asked me to go in the room next door. I did. Thinking sbe would be able to calm my daugbter without my son being distracting. I got him settled and peaked in and she was laying still. It took about 45 min. During thr 45 min my daugbter was moaning, gripping thr chair. Squirming. I thought she was uncomfortable with the procedure in general. Id go in and hold her hand and was shocked how uncomfortable she was. When all was done the doctor was rude. Not friendly. And then said she did it without numbing. She said that my daughter "opted out" What fucking 6 year old would opt in for a fucking needle. None!!!!!!! Im mostly upset that they didnt inform me that they were having a difficult time getting my daughter to have the needle. Sure I have had minor cavities filled without novacaine. But she is a YOUNG CHILD!!!!!! I trusted her with my child!!! And looking back she was clearly in pain! I feel absolutely DISGUSTED! Will NEVER let my kids step foot in there again. I would have respected her if she was like Hey! Yohr daughter is refusing. We cant get her to take the needle. So its either we do it without or we cant do it at all. That way I could explain to my daughter what happened. The doctor sped out. When I was leaving I let thr assistant know exactly what I thought. And has the doctor called to apologize nope! Then on the way out the receptionist was on the phone telling people they were running late. She clearly was running late. My son was loosing his shit. My daughter was fussing a bit. And she was in a rush and just did what she needed to do as fast as she could to get it done. Not cool. read more

Made an appointment for my toddler specifically for after nap time. Went in the day of appointment and the receptionist rudely told me I had missed my appointment that day at a earlier time (which happened to be in the middle of nap time. ) I told her there was a mistake and after looking into it she told me they had called and left me a message informing me that the doctor had to leave early and my appointment time had been changed. 1) I never had a message. 2) appointments are set for a reason, if you need to change the time wouldn't you want to speak with the person and ask if it was ok? Not just decide for the ? 3) it was a Saturday so you know the doctor didn't have any other appointments and wanted to move mine earlier so they could leave. 4) do t talk to your customers like they are dumb. They spoke to me rudely and accused me multiple times for making a mistake before realizing it wasn't my fault....then didn't even apologize. I refuse to go back when I can go to The Smile Spot nearby and be happily greeted and well taken care of. read more

Very unflexible appointment philoshopy, administrators that don't understand how to process claims and worst of all, a pediatric dentist that is not kid friendly Dynobite has a policy which states if you are 15 minutes late ,then your appointment is automatically cancelled. I had an early morning appointment during a light snowstorm and arrive 16 minutes late with two kids. There was no other patients in the waiting room and they still wouldn't take us. The billing is horrible. They charged me for a service they never provided and won't call me back or provide any documentation other than a statement generated monthly. Worst of all , when we did reschedule and meet with the Dentist , she had no training or patience in dealing with my five and seven year olds. Her bedside manner was horrible and my kids had so much anxiety that we changed providers after that initial two visits. Awful experience read more

We have 5 children and have recently moved and had to change our kids dentist. Dr. Henderson is amazing. Her patience and calm demeanor make the experience for the kids a positive one. My youngest had to have a tooth extracted and she explained to him the entire process, each step of the way. Her staff is welcoming and knowledgeable ! I just called this office and spoke with Emily, who advised me that they don't take my insurance. I asked how much it would be to pay for a cleaning for my son out of pocket and she told me that she couldn't provide me with that information as it would be against the law for them to clean my child's teeth since they don't take my insurance. I asked her how parents without dental insurance for their kids got their kids teeth cleaned and she just seemed confused then tried to rush me off the phone. When I asked for a supervisor she said they were on the other line and would be for a long time. At that point there is no way in hell I'd be taking my son there anyway, I just wanted to advise them of what their receptionist was telling people. She wouldn't let me speak to them so I guess I'll post it here, and at any other review sites I can find for them. read more
