Ultimately she was able to tell me who would be at my home and even was able to switch the person when I needed to change the date and each time I received texts from the person coming (first Christina/ then Gloria) and were very willing to answer my questions. Ultimately Gloria was on time, walked through my house in detail prior and covered some worries I texted about like my stove, floors, and some things I did not want cleaned. I don't like shiny. I want clean but not a wet look, etc (I know I'm picky) and I have to say I am SO HAPPY! I felt comfortable that my home would be taken care of and man, I didn't realize how much I wasn't getting to. They were thorough and used very similar products I had. I offered to leave my cleaning supplies out but they used their own stuff and did fantastic. I have hardwood floors and made sure they used wood cleaner like we texted about and they sure did (floors look so good!) she understood my not shiny ask and delivered. Everything was so clean! So clean it made me realize how dirty my rug was and I had to throw out and replace after this! Lol. I will be using this team over and over again! Prices are very reasonable and they travel. I can't remember where Gloria told me she covered but I'm in South Bay. Worth it worth it worth it to us!

In all the years of hiring cleaners, this was by far my worst experience. I never, ever, write…read morereviews because I understand how hard it is for small businesses to thrive, but I felt compelled to write this one. I do not want other people getting taken advantage of much the same I did. Fabiola said she was going to deep clean but barely managed even a regular clean. She didn't even bring a vacuum! There was dust all over the floors after she left, our rugs were left filthy. Our nightstands and window sills were still completely covered in dust. Our shutters were left unattended with dust all over. So much dust everywhere! I didn't expect a deep clean - I just expected our house to be clean at the very least! I paid her fully, but did reach out to her to let her know my disappointment. I even sent along videos showing her all the areas that were left unattended. She just kept lying over and over again saying she cleaned those areas. How can someone be so absolutely delusional about the work when there is hard evidence in video form to prove the lack of work. If you are looking for a cleaner with a good work ethic and morals, this business is not that. By far the worst experience and the worst house clean I have ever encountered. Updating this review to let everyone know I paid MORE than the regular cleaning rate. Your regular cleaning rate was $200 and I paid you $250. So I paid you more, not less than what was quoted. This was BELOW the standards of regular clean and definitely not a deep clean as proven in all videos and photos. And no, after all that, I did not want a re-do.

Nora really doesn't deserve any stars because she is a terrible person however she's getting stars…read morebecause the cleaning services was good. Nora provided a quote for me after I put a request for cleaning services for my mothers 3-bedroom condo. I was very honest about the services that were needed and waited for quotes to roll in. After several quotes "Galindo Cleaning Services" owner Nora replied and said that she would do the cleaning for $225. I provided my mom with the text message and explained to contact Nora. My mother contacted her and further details were discussed. Details of if the laundry room was included in the house or another location and my mom explained to her that it was a little room. Mind you in my project request I was honest in saying that the home was quite dirty and that it had not been cleaned in some time. When her and my mom spoke the first time, my mom asked why was it that she (Nora) only had 1 review. Nora made this bogus reason up of that she's new to Yelp and blah blah but in reality SHE'S A CON-ARTIST AND A LIAR! Her and my mother mad an agreement for her to come clean the house on Friday 5/30 at 2:00pm. At 2:40pm Nora called and was saying something about her forgetting her key at her previous client's house and blah blah blah. She finished by saying that due to her not being able to come that she would give 20% off the price. Mind you my mother zelle'd this woman a $100 deposit upon her request and she confirmed that she received the money. The project was rescheduled for yesterday Thursday 6/5 at 7:30am. She and her crew of 2 women strolls in late at 8am. They and ACTUALLY DID A GREAT JOB! However come payment time, this woman Nora tried to con my mother out of $350 when the agreement was $225 and a $100 deposit already provided to Nora. She began lying saying that she spoke with me (the daughter) and asked about the square footage and a bunch of other lies. Me and this woman never spoke apart from a text message through Yelp. Nora only spoke with my mother and all communication and agreement for price was done with her. What Nora should have done was assess the condo and if the job was too much for $225 then re-quote my mother and they both could not have come to an agreement then she would have refunded the $100 deposit. But she did not. Instead she tried to tell lies and say that she told my mom the price was $350 and she spoke with me about the square footage and all types of BS. Moral of the story is that how unfortunate is it to have cleaners that do such a great job but be a horrible business owner and liar. Watch out for Nora Yelpers!

Absolutely amazing service!…read more I hired this cleaning company to take care of my office space here in Las Vegas, and they went above and beyond. I spoke with Ashley, she was very pleasant and I felt that she took the time to understand what I needed. What stood out the most was how accommodating they were to my specific needs -- they listened carefully, adjusted their schedule around my business hours, and made the whole experience completely stress-free. My office has never looked this clean or smelled this fresh. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, professional, and detailed cleaning in the Las Vegas area. A very nice lady calls me back after I left a message detailing my home. # of beds, # of bathrooms, general condition, and areas of detail\concern were discussed. She said that depending on the condition of the home the price will vary and gave me a range from $A to $B. After myself asking and her providing what would dictate the range, she said that the price would be more likely $B even though everything she just said indicated that it sounded more like an $A range price. We were both fine with coming in for an official estimate even after her insistence on it being a $B price. I dont know how well they clean and I might be an ongoing customer if I actually got a chance to find out but instead of coming in to do the estimate she reneged and decided that she would not service my home.

While we have worked at decluttering, one of the things that we decided to do was get cleaning service every couple weeks for two reasons. 1. Because it makes our house presentable and a sanctuary of sorts. 2. Because it keeps my wife sane...and I mean that in every sense of the word. We've hired Here2Clean consistently over the past couple months, start with our move in. The place hadn't been lived in for a while so it wasn't great, and when she got done, it sparkled...no really, you could see the sun reflecting off of the wood floor. They are some of the best cleaning people I've worked with. Lissette is the type of person that if you were friends with, while you were talking in the kitchen, she'd sneak a paper towel and start rubbing down the counter tops in the middle of the conversation. Her team is a whirlwind of bubbles and a time machine that brings everything back to order from chaos. My two sons had pulled out every toy in their chests...yes, plural, and when I arrived home it looked as if an obsessive compulsive person lived there. The aroma of lemon is in the air, there's no hair or dust bunnies, no fingerprints on the glass table, windows, or the stainless steel fridge, and you can see the bottom of a very clean sink, which leaves me to relax on the couch with my wife and spend some time quality time together rather than being two business partners running a family under the same roof. I can't recommend them enough, and their personal service is much better than the larger companies.
