Maybe due to the numerous (well-earned) high reviews here, there can be a wait list for new clients. It's worth the wait, especially if you are looking for recurring cleans every 1, 2 or 4 weeks. They're very thorough about understanding a new client's needs and ensuring that they have enough staff to maintain the quality of cleaning before taking on another client. They care very much about their clients, and it shows! The team even sent us a baby card after our newborn arrived home from the hospital! We are moving to the East Bay later this year, which unfortunately is outside of the ACS service area, so congrats to the next person to get our spot!
