They have also helped me open new accounts and made the process very easy every time. They always take the time to listen and they provide clear answers to all of my questions. They always have great advice regarding accounts. The bank tellers that work there are quite pleasant and there are usually at least two tellers working so if you are there to do something such as cash a check you'll be able to get in and out pretty fast. There are two ATM machines inside this branch just as you walk through the front door and they also have one drive thru ATM outside the bank towards the end of the parking lot. They also have a drive thru teller here if you prefer not to have to get out of the car to do a transaction with a teller. Definitely one of the best locations I've seen yet as far as customer service goes.

Even after MBA paid for my closing costs, my rate was still under 3%. Mitchell C. was patient, helpful, and reachable during the DocuSign process. Brianna and Maria towards the end were immensely responsive and strategic. They were honest about the process, never over-promising or bullshitting me, but also keeping things positive, practical and moving along. As long as I was providing the documents and verifications they were asking for, they were always readying to take that next leap in the process. There was never a delay. Even the appraisal, which was ordered by them, was done exactly on time without issue. In general I've heard so many horror stories about buying a house, I really was prepared to experience my own horror story, but MBA came through like true mortgage lending scientists and I could not have had an easier journey. Oh yeah... and my realtor had me as her first client so didn't know what an FHA loan was, let alone an FHA 203 that is way more complicated. Ethan was great from start to finish, helping me get preapproved and guiding my realtor who was making her first sale. It must have been a nightmare for him, but he never lost patience. He led me me the right resource to get answers from about rehab loans with on their FHA 203 rehab team, Scott. I was overwhelmed with the process but Ethan made me feel comfortable and Scott knows his stuff. I ultimately lost out on the rehab loan house to a cash buyer 2 days before P&S, but I found a gorgeous multi a few days later. The seller was distressed and selling for an huge discount and could not make another mortgage payment. Ethan was like Yoda and guided me through the process with ease and helped make this massively stressful time much less of a burden. On top of guiding me, Ethan got the loan done in 29 days before the hard deadline of 30 days ... I can't believe they did it. Thanks for making this happen RMS!

As we started visiting properties we very quickly realized that we were actually getting a 2-person team. Melanie has a gem of a colleague, Bryan, who would visit each of the properties with us. Bryan, who has 30+ years of experience, is very patient and took the time to explain the nuts and bolts of a house to us novice first time buyers. Over time we realized that we were getting the best of both Melanie and Bryan. Bryan was great at retrieving all pertinent details (including floor plans), understanding what our needs were and was able to tell if the plans would fit our needs and help us navigate each property visit. Melanie was great at listening to what we felt/thought about each property and guiding us thoughtfully as we wrestled with our decision to move forward with one property or not.
