If there was an option to write 0 Stars on this review, that's what I would do. On May 2nd, 3 weeks ago from now, I went to ND Advance Microblading & MedSpa in Lancaster to have my eyebrows microbladed, just to leave the place looking like a clown . One brow looked higher than the other, and it all seemed unnaturally fake.
The whole procedure was wrong from the start. Naida, the lady whom I had the service done with, told me that ombré brow would suit me better than microblading, and the price would be the same. I said ok, thinking she would draw the brows and then show them to me before starting the coloring process. At least that is what is expected from a professional. That was not the case with her. She drew the brows and started the procedure right after without my approval. When she finished the process, after about an hour or so, I quickly saw my eyebrows on a small mirror handed to me, but at that point I couldn't focus on small details. The surprise doesn't end here. When I got home I realized the brows were not even, and the price charged on my credit card was not the price agreed upon: $650 minus $75 from a deposit I had given to make the appointment. Instead, I had paid $725. When I called them, one of the co-owners who answered the phone said she would pass the message on to Naida, who was supposed to contact me back to discuss the situation, but that never happened. 5 days later, I called them back and told them how unhappy I was with the whole situation. Naida told me on the phone that she had discussed the procedure & price with me before, making me look like a liar. She also said that she had our conversation on camera, and to her, I was very happy with the service she had provided when I left. That is considered harassment, and harassment is considered a serious offense by the human rights. Also, when you are recording/taking pictures of someone without the other person's permission, and using it for your own benefit, it's unlawful. The doer of this action can undergo serious consequences. I did not need to spend 6 years in college to know that, and any average person without college degree would know that as well. She forgot what we had agreed upon was $650 minus $75 given as a deposit when the appointment was made for me to have service done. In return I would have my eyebrows done professionally. Their prices are also listed on their website for everyone to see.
To all who might see and read this comment, I would highly recommend making your own research before having a service like this done. Find a reputable place, where if anything goes wrong with your service, they will listen to you and be there for you. read more
