My pedicure was just mediocre, the water was very cold, I wish that they would've offered to raise the water temp since the salon doesn't have heat. My nails were a lot more expensive though than I thought. I didn't realize they charged more for gel paint until the very end and it was $50 more than my home salon and I get the same gel paint there as well. Other than those few instances, everything else was good and I would go here again. The girls were fun to chat with and had a nice ambience.

We ended up waiting about 20 minutes and they started my pedicure 15 minutes before my mom's. This kind of worked out because I got regular nail polish and she got gel and it allowed time for my polish to dry. The awesome: The confusion and wait was well worth it. My mom ALWAYS complains about her pedicure. She did not have one complaint. She said her nail pedicure was perfect. My pedicure was excellent too. Just the right amount of time. The massage was wonderful. The coconut scent reminded me of the beach. The nail tech was super nice. My nails are a nice shape. It was so relaxing.

Unfortunately, my most recent visit completely changed my opinion. I arrived a few minutes late due to another appointment and immediately acknowledged that when I walked in. I also made it clear that I understood I might have to wait because of my lateness. Instead of handling the situation professionally, the owner, Cee Cee, chose to embarrass me in front of other customers and staff. The only reason I stayed was because I was using gift certificates, and I had little confidence that I would be refunded if I left. It's important to note that my regular technician has always been kind, accommodating, and professional, as have most of the other staff members. What stood out to me during this visit was the noticeable difference in how customers were treated. Those spending significant amounts on multiple services received plenty of attention, conversation, and respect, while customers receiving more basic services seemed largely ignored. After more than a decade as a customer, I was disappointed by the lack of professionalism and respect. I refuse to pay for services where I am treated disrespectfully, regardless of the circumstances.
