The installment team…read moreand people who set up everything were very professional respectful polite and understanding especially when it came to billing as the billing dates were different from one company to another which can cause as it caused me to be late on a payment.. I was told if I made a certain amount of the payment I would not be in shut off notice. When I call today to confirm I would pay my bill before the 1st or just on the 1st and then catch up with it they said this time it was too late the woman got belligerent and told me I had to pay late fees on a bill from January when they do not start charging late fees until after February 22nd. Despite trying to explain this to her she could not understand what I was saying and it's forcing me now to once I pay them off to leave completely and find someone who has proper respectful competent and understanding staff who answer the phones and serve their customers.. Since I received it I've had to call them several times about poor reception freezing up of stations and until this day I cannot access my messages I am a senior with multiple hospital appointments I cannot verify because I cannot access my voice messages yet they get to be belligerent with me on the phone.. For the most part all the employees other than this one were excellent employees and I'll see how things go but as it seems now it looks like I'll be leaving after I pay them off probably a new service in March my recommendations is think before you take this service though they may have some good employees they are not willing to understand especially if you're transferring over from a company they acquired

They told me everything would roll over. They lied not only did they lie about everything rolling over they did not even turn the phone on or set it up that night probably because they knew that it would not do what it was supposed to do when I went to the next day to tell him it cannot do what they said it would do. They gave me a hard time and also charge me a $70 restocking fee for restocking the phone that they misrepresented and lied about also, while I was in the store that day there was an older gentleman who came in with a problem with a phone. They were pretty much very, very rude to him and pretty much threw him out of the store, the man did not deserve that he just had a problem with his phone and was looking for somebody with some type of experience to fix it or guide him in the right direction. They were nasty to other customers while I was in the store waiting to return my phone and they abused me and lied to me about the phones capabilities of being transferred from one phone to the next I would not recommend this place. I would stay far away from them definitely not people you can trust sad situation in a retail business that these retailers are able to get away with this stuff anymore

Got the phone alright, she decided to take my iPhone out of the box and voluntarily putting a screen protector on my phone and also drops a wall adapter block in my bag and I'm like what are you doing? She was like "Oh it's a new thing T-Mobile is going doing, it comes with the phone. I'm over here thinking shit is free. Weeks later checks my T-Mobile app just to see she financed in my plan. Went back to put a complaint on May 1st 2023 around 3:35PM. They listened and weren't surprised. She stood there and played dumb and clueless on my face. I've been with T-Mobile since 2018, never misses a payment and I mind my business but to try to get over people to get commission is greedy and messed up.

I should have known better than to deal…read morewith an authorized reseller instead of the corporate store in Bartonsville, but to be honest I find Verizon horrible anymore no matter the level. Anyway I manage the corporate Verizon account at work and for us it's a 30 day return on the phones. I just went through a nightmare at work because we returned 12 phones after the 30 days and they kept the phones and are still making us pay $8000 for them. This has been going on since July. Anyway I picked up the phone Dec 2 and thought I had the 30 day window. I went to return it on the 27th. Because someone else got them a better phone. The salesperson would not take it back sighting the 14 day rule. He told me that he told me this out loud when I picked up the phone. I'm sorry, he Is a liar. With what I just went through with the $8000 debacle, that would have stood out like a sore thumb had he said it. But nevertheless it is on my receipt. So now I am stuck with a $160 per month phone I don't need. I called customer service at Verizon who told me at Christmas time they extend returns until Jan 30, and to take it back to them. Customer Service called them and explained that and still they would not take it back. as an authorized reseller they don't have to cooperate with Verizon policies. Do NOT deal with these people, do yourself a favor and go to the corporate store in Bartonsville. At least they have to follow Verizon policy.
