With the holidays quickly approaching I was short on time and I had a very tight budget. I received estimates from a couple of electricians but they either couldn't accommodate my deadline, or they gave my an estimate that was significantly over my budget. My uncle recommended All Phases Electrical Solutions LLC and said he was pleased with his previous experience with them. I explained my situation and the electrician, Don, came that day to give me an estimate. He was very reasonable with the cost and completed the update on time. I highly recommend All Phases Electrical Solutions LLC.

The service is fast, reliable, and just works--which shouldn't be a luxury, but somehow is. What really stood out was the customer service. You actually get a real person who knows what they're doing and cares about fixing the issue instead of reading off a script. Installation was smooth, everything was explained clearly, and they made sure we were up and running without any headaches. I had a geothermal heater failure and after getting several bids I went with a friends…read morerecommendation and selected super heat. They installed two new climatemaster units replacing the 25 year old units. One had failed the other was on its last leg. During January 2018, a vey cold winter, they said another job was priority, pulled their workers and left me with no heat while servicing their other client. 10 months later, on 10/14, I spoke with super heat about an error message on the thermostat. They had me try to fix it by power cycling the unit and of course that didn't work. Waited a week for a tech, then they ordered a part, waited another week, installed part and just days later the same error came back. Waited a week, they missed appointments,we kept calling, after a round of phone calls they sent another tech out. Ordered another part and now they told me maybe a week for the part, maybe a week to install it, maybe before thanksgiving, maybe not. Now 34 days after a $28k new unit install, my heater remains broken. I'm told my spend with them makes me a low priority. They said their company accountant has been waiting two months to get his heater fixed. They would rather lose me as a client then not service their other priority client. After all it's not to cold and I'm clearly getting by as is, what's the big deal? If you want this kind of service give super heat a call. If it's not call someone else. Last night we had 5 inches of snow and it's 29 degrees as I write this review. Thanks super heat. I'll update the review in a week or two or whenever they happen to get my heater fixed.
