Had a low battery indication on my system and years past I simply went to the office and bought them. The response today from customer service after waiting online listening to elevator music (never waited before the phone was always picked up immediately and there was a nice person on the other end) was terrible - he essentially told me that I was out of luck and I should try home depot. Really? Then I asked if the maintenance contract I had with AIC was still good and of course he said I don't know I'll need to look into that. I told him that their were many alternatives to his alarm service. Going to look into internet-based systems like Simply Safe - screw them. If I could give them a zero I would. Look elsewhere for alarm services.
