They ended up having to tear out the existing ceilings instead of just covering them up. They were very respectful and careful with their work. The on-site manager, Russell, was present throughout the entire job and was extremely responsive. He kept everything moving smoothly, made sure all materials that were needed were there and in good condition, and the workers were ready to go. Russell went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly and that I was completely happy with all aspects of the Job. They replaced 3 skylights, caulked inside and did finish work. The skylights look great! They did not just drop the skylights in and hammer them down. They allowed me to look at placement and tweak it to where I was happy with how it looked. This attention to detail was carried through throughout the job. They replaced outside rotted boards around the doormer with PVC at no charge. They showed up early and stayed late every day. They worked very hard every minute they were here. All of the workers were very polite and pleasant. When they were finished, they did a thorough job of cleaning up and removing all waste materials and packaging from the premises. There was not a trace of debris anywhere. The overall job looks wonderful. It is so nice to work with contractors that truly care about the job and sincerely want to make sure that the homeowner is happy.
