He was so patient with helping us pick out a new floor color, he put 6 different colors down for us to choose from....and when we came back from vacation it was like walking into a brand new house, he did an excellent job. He worked again for us this month as we remodeled our kitchen. He wove in new white oak hardwood planks where we had walls removed, sanded it so we could get cabinets in, then came back after we had cabinets installed and finished them. The new flooring blends into the old beautifully. Rey does great work, worked with us on a tight time table and even offered to come back and fix any thing that might happen to the floors after we moved appliances in. We would highly recommend him.

I was very pleased with the job they did. Our house is 3 stories in places and their crew handled it professionally and with ease. I especially liked the fact that they didn't cover up rotted areas, they fixed what needed fixing and then let us know what they did. They also painted the house and did a fantastic job. I was impressed with the quality of their work. Mr. Ochoa was in communication with us several times a day, every day they were here. I'm very glad we chose KK Custom Painting for our large job, they did an outstanding job. I highly recommend this company.

In the summer of 2023 I used them again for my guest suite ( essentially a nanny suite ) above my garage. Once again, great job, happy with the price and all was done in a timely fashion. The thing that impressed me the most was the follow up with damage that had been done with the initial job where my bar stools had taken small chunks out of the granite with people swiveling the chairs and hitting the granite. Entirely my fault that it happened. They sent out a repair person and I cannot even tell where the damage was! Would highly recommend. Large selection, great price and excellent follow up!
