Their showroom in Henderson had many options to choose from. Maribel met us on a weekend (non-business hours) and was very knowledgeable and made our kitchen countertop reno easy. The templating was scheduled quickly and done expertly by Nils using a laser. On installation day Moses and Junior were very professional and did a beautiful job with the demo and installation - cleaning up the work area and wiping down the newly installed quartz countertops thoroughly before leaving. We were also provided with recommendations for caring for our new countertops. NC Countertops was highly recommended to us by good friends and we could not be more pleased with our new kitchen!

Warning: do not use this company. There are so many other companies in the area you can use and the…read moreones we spoke to to tell our experience here were shocked so my guess is it wouldn't happen with them. The one star is bc they did technically install half the of the job they said they would. Half of the job was left incomplete and the company has become unresponsive. Our house was left an absolute mess from the installer. They in now way clean up after their work. My appointment was scheduled the then rescheduled. No one showed up on install day. I had to follow up and ask where they were only to be told they would be there the next day. That is where they competed a pretty poor job of half the services. They also lie to their customers. They say their peoples truck broke down etc and I believed it. Only to accidentally get a text meant for another clients saying the truck was broken down and they would be late. All while the truck was at my house, working fine, just not completing a job in full. This company has done nothing to make things right for my family. They have ghosted us taking our money and leaving us high and dry. Their communication is a 1 at best. This is the only company out of an entire house renovation I would NOT use again. Run. They WILL take your money, time, sanity and leave your house unlivable.

People on phone site were friendly and helpful, plenty of stones to choose from in a variety of patterns and colors. There was some confusion over whether an item marked "sold" actually was (spoiler alert: it wasn't) so make sure to ask if you like a particular one even if it's marked (especially given the stone deliveries come infrequently). Brian and the installer crew were punctual, friendly, careful and meticulous (as was the initial measurement and selection of stone sections for the parts of the kitchen for best effect). Clearly these guys knew what they were doing, and it showed. That said we are a detail-oriented house and noticed (over time) some small issues (a small seam that needed some revision as well as a stain left by a silicone drain mat (advice: don't use them if you have white stone)). Suffice to say Brian returned three times, listened, was friendly and made the needed changes. The company really stands behind their work which is both rare and very appreciated. Our sincere thanks to Brian and the team at BU--we are very happy with our countertops and backsplashes and have received many positive comments on both the materials and workmanship. We highly recommend them for your countertop needs.

I called the company and was told the cabinet only had a year warranty. I tried to contact them several times about the issue, and I was ghosted. During the installation, the workers damaged my kitchen flooring. Again, I complained, but they did nothing about it.

I had some questions... needed to tweak it... he was always responsive via text and email. I then visited the showroom to choose a door style and molding. Once we decided to pull the trigger, things moved quickly. His team came to measure and we scheduled the installation. They were here for 5 days, as expected, and not only showed up on time, but cleaned everything up before they left each day. We actually had dinner at home most nights during the install! Wes and Drake were here every day, helped on occasion by Doug and Jam. The final result exceeded our expectations and took just 4 weeks from contract to completion! A week after they finished, I noticed that one of the cabinet doors was not closing properly. I contacted them late morning and by mid-afternoon, they were here to replace the hinge! Excellent customer service!

The…read morework looked good initially, but within 2-3 years, peeling began along the top edges of doors, drawer fronts, and some seams. I've attached clear photos showing the damage. I reached out for warranty service in 2025 providing details and photos. They came out and took pictures. The company responded by email, the peeling was due to water damage and therefore not covered. The first photo shows the peeling near the sink hich may have gotten wet a few times, but it would have to be soaked every day to cause this much peeling. The second photo is of a drawer on the island far from sinks/ stove splashes, as well as some of the other affected areas on the cabinets and drawers. The rest of the kitchen shows no moisture problems. This feels like poor material quality or adhesive failure, not customer fault. As a retired widow on a fixed income it is disappointing they wouldn't stand behind their work. If you're considering cabinet refacing, I suggest getting multiple quotes and clarifying warranty terms for delamination/peeling issues.1 star for the product failure and warranty experience.
