Wow. TCD did the construction on my house and it was nothing but frustrating. To be fair, they do build a decent house, however, they have a lack of responsibility, they are slow and have poor attention to detail. Our house took more than three years to build. The allowances they provided were woefully low, even considering COVID and inflation. They took an excessive amount of time. Two weeks after we signed a contract with the bank, and hey signed off on it, they asked for an additional $140,000. We talked with lawyers, and did give them some more money, to keep things moving, but we had a fixed price contract. If I were you I would steer clear, unless you want to be frustrated. read more
