I spoke with Noah Chapman who connected me to one of his guys, David Gupton, to come out and evaluate the report and fix what he found. Within two hours of speaking with David, he was out on the roof evaluating and fixing. Not only did he knock out the two concerns found in the report, but he came across a few other minor things that needed to be taken care of and did them on the spot.
