A technician came out for the annual tune up, which consisted of cleaning filters and housing the units down. Since then, the wall unit in the living room has condensation dripping inside of our home. A call was made to the company and the office manager told us a fee would be charged for a visit. Since the temperatures have risen this week, the condensation is dripping and the unit made a knocking noise at 10:30 pm last night. We called and a technician should be here today. Not at all impressed with this company so far. It has been a little over a year and too many issues.

I feel they took advantage of me and now I have no hot water and parts left on my basement floor hoping I can find a family member to help me, but I don't think this tech even checked to see if he could start the pilot light . I'm devastated especially because of a surgery error I have radial nerve palsy and have no feeling or use of my hand, I cannot work to help pay for his outrageous bill of $140 service call ( but when checked with others most companies charge $85.) The demo work was very messy but Dakota was very careful to clean any debris left as he was transporting it out of the unit. He talked with me before he started to ensure he understood the vision and the look I was going for, as well as to ensure there wouldn't be any surprises or concerns raised afterwards. Dakota finished the work faster than I anticipated and always checked that I was satisfied with the finished product before he considered it done.
