I went here as a child and I am now 21 taking my baby here, i always get a same day appointment and they take good care of my baby

DO NOT GO HERE! I took my son 11 times in 3 months for the same issue. He was having hearing problems. They kept telling me it was allergies, give him flonase and claritin. I called at 830am when they open, stated his teacher also said he is struggling because he can't hear well and requested a hearing test. They asked if I could come in same day, at 1030am for the hearing test. We got there, just to be told the testing machine had been broken for some time and they couldn't do anything. Looked in his ears, stated they are fine and he is playing games with us. RELUCTANTLY, gave me a referral. (Charged me for the visit and testing that wasn't done) I go to Children's for the test, and he had Moderate-Severe hearing loss due to consistent ear infections (including a pretty bad current one) and needed surgery to correct the issue. We IMMEDIATLY changed doctors. I am still receiving bills from Nayak's office for appointments that they did absolutely nothing except tell me to buy flonase and claritin. read more

The only reason I am generous and giving this office a 2 star is because for the last eleven years, I have not had a complaint. This review is not reflective on Dr. Dinesh Nayak (he is wonderful), Dr. Bronni, Dr. Tariq, or Debbie. They are all wonderful. This is solely reflective on Dr. Brook Nayak. As stated, they have been seeing my children for eleven years, since the birth of my daughter. Three years ago, it was their policy that patients had to be vaccinated. That was about when I had a reaction to a flu shot and that 7 years ago, one day after my daughter's three year shots, she had a reaction to vaccines. She developed a soy allergy THE NEXT DAY. Every person we've ever seen there has understood why I chose to stop vaccinating my children. They are at risk for having side effects. They even told me three years ago when their policy changed about seeing unvaccinated children that mine may be an exception because we had been patients for so long. That changed after I saw Dr. Brooke for my kid's physical this year. After that, we're were dropped. I had never seen her before, always the others who knew us and our history. This office is horrible. It seems like no one can do their job these days. I was told a couple Friday that a form would be sent to my daycare by Monday and they explained I would need to pick it up. I work 42.5 hrs a week and how am I supposed to take off work to fix up a form that they can't seem to fax over. read more
