I am a first time mom and was very nervous about finding the right doctor. I wanted someone close and decided to go with Dr. Morsi. I am VERY glad I did! The staff is very accommodating and friendly. We ran a few minutes late with our first appt. and they were understanding. The next week I had concerns about jaundice and they got me in the same day. I also can't say enough about the doctor. He is very positive and upbeat. He's confident and wonderful at handling babies. He is personable and talks parent-to-parent, and doesn't try to intimidate the parent with lofty medical speak. Dr. Morsi and his staff have been amazing. My daughter is almost three years old and has been seeing Dr. Morsi since birth. She has had several health issues that have resulted in her being referred and treated by a neurologist, craniofacial specialist and others. Dr. Morsi has always been quick to identify her need and refer her accordingly. His office staff is a reflection of the care he gives as a doctor. They are quick to ease a panicked mother's fears, make every effort for a same day appointment and seem to genuinely care about the children they are responsible for. read more

We have been coming here ever since it was Dr. Zara's office. When he passed and Dr. Morsi took over his practice we stayed. We loved Dr. Zara and never expected to feel that way about another doctor, but we do! Dr. Morsi is wonderful. He's thorough, his patient, He's always smiling and my kids love him so much that my daughter in college doesn't want to leave. The staff are equally as wonderful and they will do all they can to accommodate a sick child. Friendly and always helpful with questions, records or billing issues. I cannot say enough good things. Dr. Morsi was my son's pediatrician for the first six months of his life. He came right to the hospital when he was born and was so, so sweet. He was understanding, got along great with my son, and had a great personality. You can tell Dr.Morsi is really in business because he loves kids and that's what every parent wants, right? However, his practices are very outdated and go against current AAP standings. He pulled my son's foreskin back, told me to give my exclusively breastfed son Pedialyte when he was sick, and told me to give him a bottle of formula on the second day he was alive because he was 'dehydrated' (which ended in my son refusing anything but a bottle and me exclusively pumping). All the previously stated things are the complete opposite of the stance of the American Academy of Pediatrics. He also ignored my concerns about acid reflux when my son was showing all hallmark signs; arching his back, screaming through feedings/laying down, crying non-stop and said that he just had colic. At 8 weeks old, after many phone calls in to him, he finally put him on something and referred us to a GI, who discovered my son had (and had had) severe acid reflux. He also recommended rice cereal in my son's bottle (again, an old AAP recommendation), which ended in a shock to my son's digestive system and chronic constipation, which he still is medicated for 8 months later. The office staff is a complete disaster. Every time I scheduled an appointment, I would get a phone call beforehand with a different time than my originally scheduled appointment by 15-30 minutes. They sent a student MA (who I didn't know was a student at the time) give my 4 week old son vaccines, resulting in HUGE bruises to his thighs (which he had never had and hasn't since). The girls in the office are nice, but unorganized. The only department we had success with was the referral department - the woman running the ship there is awesome. You'll also be in the waiting room for at least 15 minutes past your appointment time. Overall, the office is clean and it's in a good neighborhood. Dr.Morsi is a good man and has good intentions, but his practices are outdated and when I felt the need to google everything he recommended as he recommended it, I switched pediatricians. read more
