She is surely knowledgeable, and makes sure you know that she is the expert. She cut both me and my kid off while speaking, to speak over us. Most recent visit felt rushed, I think she spent maybe 5 minutes with us and both my child and I felt uncomfortable with how she talked to us. She's seen two (maybe three?) of my kids and both of my older children have requested not to see her again. Provider Leslie Mofrad here has been great, and also they have a newish male provider that was really nice. I don't like walking away from the doctor feeling like I just got put in my place by a teacher or something tho, so I'll be reminding myself of who NOT to see when I make future appointments.

I told the receptionist I could pay $40 toward it today, but I couldn't pay $200 all at once. We were there because my older son had a leg injury, my younger son needed a physical, and we also needed a prescription refill. The receptionist told us we would not be seen unless we paid $200 today. No compassion. No flexibility. Just a hard no. After nearly two decades, we're leaving this office. It's incredibly disappointing to be treated this way after so many years. Families are struggling, and the lack of empathy was really upsetting. We'll be finding a new pediatrician.

Caring Pediatrics - Doc pretty much knew straight away that Noah had pneumonia and test showed he did! I believe she saved his life!

Our appointment was at 12:00 PM, and it is now after 1:30 PM. We have been waiting for over an hour and a half, and we still have no clear idea when we will be seen. What was most frustrating was the lack of communication from the staff. They checked us in and then left, but nobody came back to explain the delay, give us an update, or even let us know approximately how much longer we would have to wait. With a 3-month-old sick baby, that is extremely frustrating and stressful. I understand that clinics can get busy, but parents deserve basic communication and consideration, especially when they are waiting with a very young baby. I also want to give credit where it is due: Dr. Azra Hashmi has always been excellent with our baby. She is usually on time, caring, attentive, and takes the time to properly listen and care for her patients. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Azra Hashmi based on our experiences with her. My concern today is specifically with the excessive wait time and the staff's lack of communication. I hope the clinic takes this feedback seriously and improves how they handle delays and communicate with parents.

I recently made an appt with a very specific from that needed to be filled out. I went into detail over the phone when making the appt, what we were coming in for. The morning of the appt I received a phone call stating that I needed to call my insurance company and add Brentwood as my Sons PCP. I explained that I had a PPO and had not had a change in my insurance since being last seen there. She told me to contact my insurance company or my visit would be cancelled. I called my insurance and they said that is not a requirement of a PPO (which I already knew) I called Brentwood back and the same girl answered that phone, her attitude was repulsive. I work in healthcare, so I try to kill with kindness. She again told me that it was a requirement and then put me on hold, someone else then picked up with phone and told me it was a mis understanding and I was all set for my appt that afternoon. We arrived to our appt 10 minutes early, We were taken back about 30 minutes after appt time, again, I work in healthcare and waiting does not bother me. I understand emergencies come up that can push patients back. Running late is not held against them! Then a D.O. that We have never seen and is not on the website comes in and immediately says that he will not fill out the form (concussion for MHSAA) He says that it is a liability and he will not sign it. I informed him that is says right on the form that the physician signing hold no liability for clearing the student. Also, at this point we had been seen at trinity, he had a very mild concussion and had been following concussion protocol for 2 weeks and would continue concussion protocol with schools athletic trainer until she sees fit for him to return. MHSAA requires a follow up and clearance of physician to return to play. Dr. Bazzi refused again to sign the form and gave me a CDC "return to school" form that I explained was a waste of time as he had been back to school and MHSAA was a requirement. We left without the form being signed, Myself moving my patients to clear schedule and My son being pulled out of school early only to have to make an appt with another Practice. It is disappointing the amount of turnover within the staff and physicians at Brentwood over the years. It is disappointing that then you call and make an appt with a specific Doc you will be made an appt with whomever. If Dr. Ajay and Lamis could get a good supporting staff, it could be great again
