I have been there in the past for myself and had no problems at all. However, I took my 8 year old son there as he was exhibiting symptoms of the flu. The staff is very nice and professional. I do like the older doctor that is usually there. However, we were seen by the younger doctor. The MA gave my son a flu and COVID test, the flu test came back positive. The doctor listened to my son's chest and quickly checked his ears. He said everything was fine even though my son clearly was wheezing and had a wet cough. I told him that my son had a history of bronchitis yet he didn't really seem to acknowledge it. Today I took him to his regular pediatrician and he was able to tell IMMEDIATELY that my son also had bronchitis and an ear infection. I told him of my experience at this urgent care and he said do not ever go back there again. Perhaps this urgent care is better suited for adults but definitely NOT children. read more

Zero Stars!! The Doctor is a scammer. They charge out of pocket money with no intention of treating and they don't ever have the supplies to do the services. Ask them for a X-ray...The people are rude and they are always on their cell phones. They don't even have soap to wash your hands nor paper towels to dry them. This place should be closed. read more

This place was a total joke. There is NO WAY in hell these reviews are honest ones. It's pretty typical of establishments like this one to have everyone and their brother post positive feedback to make the business look appealing. Was just there to be seen and the "front desk" girl had her baby on the counter crying and screaming, playing with anything on the desk, as I tried to check in. The girl proceeds to ask if I'd been there before, at which time I said no. She spends a solid 5 minutes typing away on the computer, squinting at it, asking how to spell my name, what's my address. Even after she has my drivers license in front of her. I reminded her that all of that info is listed right on the license. She finally states I'm not in the system. No kidding. I said right. Because I haven't been here before. So then she gives me a form to fill out. So I do. And I bring it back up tot he counter and go back to sit down. She tried to close her glass sliding window and closed the whole clipboard in it. Seriously what a joke. And I'm suppose to feel safe and secure to get check out there? No thanks. There was one family ahead of me, and when she got up to call them back, the baby started screaming and throwing a tantrum because she stepped away. As far as I'm concerned, the medical field and medical clinicals are a professional environment. This is absolutely the opposite of any clinic you'd want to go to. AVOID!! read more

The service was horrible took my son in for ringworm . Doctor wouldn't listen to my concerns never going back

If i could give 0 stars i would.. This place is a joke and i will NEVER go here again. I took my 8 year old son here on a Wednesday for a sore throat and a rash on his ENTIRE face. The doctor immediately dismissed my concerns and said he didn't see the rash on his face and that maybe it was just dry (we are black) to use a lotion on his face and see an allergist for an allergy test. I told him i had seen this before and it was strep throat. The rash was on his body as well. They did a rapid step test and said it was negative. Sent us home with no answer or relief. Fast forward less than 48 hours i was in ER with my son for an over 100 degree fever, swollen lymph nodes and a strep throat diagnosis. The ER docs said a culture should have been performed even though the rapid test was negative. MG Urgent Care failed to provide adequate healthcare for my son and jeopardized his health and safety. Thank God it was kot something more serious. Because of their negligence he was sick and in pain for 4 days with no relief. However they were quick to bill my insurance as soon as i walked in the door and collect my $50 copay. hands down the best urgent care around. If ever needed to go in its the place to go. Dr Asad is the best.

I went into urgent care to get some tests done, upon walking in the receptionist was very rude, and constantly stared at me. I filled out the paperwork and payed for my visit, and waited in the waiting room for about half an hour. My vitals were taken and I was placed in a room, while waiting for the doctor I overheard nurses and a student talking about performing a procedure that they were not certified to do. I also heard my name and chart being discussed out loud between nurses, doctor, and reception. If i could hear this behind a closed door, at the end of the hall, it makes me uncomfortable to think who else heard. It is a violation of patient privacy to discuss a chart loudly where other patients and unauthorized people can hear. The nurse came into my room and told me she wasn't going to run the tests I wanted, they ran one out of three tests that I requested and sent me out without seeing the doctor. I was told to wait 2 days for my results, and here I am, 4 days, 3 phone calls, 6 minutes of hold time, and no call backs later. They told me my tests weren't complete yet. Having 4 teenagers I've tried just about every urgent care office near my house and I haven't found one that liked or even found acceptable for that matter. After looking at reviews I drove 20 minutes to get here. Glad I did, the receptionist is very friendly, the doctor is very thorough and the office is very clean. Barely had to wait, everything was wonderful. I'll be gladly driving back here from now on. read more
