Excellent and convenient fast casual lunch option, perfect for folks working in the office. Can be a bit time consuming to wait in line so I've typically ordered online ahead of time or gotten it delivered. I enjoy the topping options, particularly the pickled red onions!

NAYA Bowl w/chicken shawarma and added lamb. Plus all of the fixings and veggies, minus the jalapeños. Pita bread and sauces on the side.

Healthy, and tasty Mediterranean meal... the server was very helpful with explaining and helping me with my options.

Another new york win.I was looking for something vegetarian and naya has the mediterranean goods. Its chin restaurant and typical of new york places was super fresh super high quality food. The falafels were crispy on the outside.Juicy, on the inside and the salad mix was just hitting the spot

3.5/5 better than cava, meat was juicy and the portions were huge. the pita was also super fluffy.

Pickup at this location is always chaotic. You can order ahead, and it's still not waiting on the shelf so you have to fight a crowd to ask the employee to grab it. But Naya is always consistent food wise so it's a hit regardless of the pickup process. Lunch time in Midtown is nuts so I always order ahead and come later than my pickup estimate to avoid as much waiting as I can. The line can be out the door sometimes for those who order in person which who has time for that. I also get a little bit of anxiety when I have ordered at Naya in person because they want you to pick out your ingredients so quickly - ordering on the app is easier all around. My go to order: -Naya Bowl (chicken shawarma, vermicelli rice, feta cheese, spicy green sauce, fresh cucumber, pickled turnips, cucumber & yogurt, onion-parsley sumac mix, chopped lettuce, tour garlic whip - my fav, tomatoes, hummus, and lemon tahini) -Pita (always) The nice thing about Naya is I can typically split my meal into two servings because it's a hefty size. Now I'm hungry - maybe I'll get Naya for lunch tomorrow. :o)

Kibbe with spicy green sauce - I wish I ordered a handful more. Very good!

I've been working in the city and I always like to splurge on lunches here because I don't get an opportunity to have such a wide variety at my gig in Westchester. I was looking for something healthy and light, with lots of flavor, and stumbled upon Naya. I love Mediterranean cuisine so this was right up my alley. My food arrived quickly, warm and packaged with care. I was excited to try everything. Kibbe - I only ordered one because i thought it was price per order. I was disappointed to only have received one because it was really good. Three would have been perfect. Falafel - I ordered four of these because the description was clear that the price was per piece. These were also very good. They have a contrasting texture with a crispy outside and moist-ish inside. Falafel are usually dry asf but these were perfect and tasted even better with their sauces. Naya Roll - I opted for the kafta lamb, with hummus, you garlic whip, lettuce, feta, pickled Lebanese cukes, onion/parsley sumac mix and kalamata olives. The online ordering description states that you can add 1-7 additional toppings so I maxed out. Unfortunately, not all of my toppings made it. I received no lettuce and despite the ticket stating that the roll contained both hummus and the garlic whip, they must not put much on because the wrap was very dry. The meat was dry, there was no discernable sauce. I was quite disappointed because the flavor was really good and had there been more moisture, it would have been exceptional. I'm sure if I ordered in person, I would have had more control over the amount of sauce added but that's a tip for next time. Toum Garlic Whip - this sauce is for garlic lovers. It's so light and full of concentrated garlic flavor without being too overpowering. I could literally put that isht on everything! Spicy Green Sauce - another really great tasting sauce. I kind of want to try all of their sauces now. All in all, the food was OK. It could have been so much better, considering how flavorful everything is. My only gripes are how stingy they are with their sauces and the missing items from my custom roll. I will definitely try them out again but will make sure that I either ask for extra spread in my roll or just buy extra sauces (which I kind of shouldn't have to but love to do anyway)

It's been a while since I've gone to Naya. Line is usually out the door. But lucky for me, no line and I have wanted to see what's changed. Nothing really has but the container which is so much better than that shallow plate they gave before. The bowl makes it easier to mix your stuff up if you like. I ordered the chicken kebab bowl with most choices. Very fresh! Love the baba ganoush and garlic! The accompanying pita bread is soft and always tastes like it was baked 30min items before I order. Never goes wrong. Veggie lovers, this is your place.

An average spot to get quick Mediterranean food. I know good shawarma and this place doesn't come close to the level that the shawarma should be at. Shawarma should be in big long pieces and not shriveled up sad looking strands of meat. The shawarma was bland (lacking any hint of flavor), and was not hot. This place could be a 5 star if they kept their meat hot and added a bit of flair to their meats. The service is fine. All things being said, I will keep looking for the next good shawarma spot.

Food: My workplace ordered catering from Naya and my colleagues and I loved it. It tasted it so great and it was a healthy lunch. The trays came full and there was a wide selection of greens to pick from. My favorite was the chicken shawarma, lamb, beef, the rice, the spring roll, spring greens, and sauces. This naya location delivered us amazing food. 10/10 lunch rec for healthy eats

Naya is a great spot for fast Mediterranean food and I enjoyed eating at this location. Falafel balls were fresh and flavorful. The bowl was well seasoned with sauces and was delicious. The zatar pita chips were also very tasty. The warm pita was a bit thick as I prefer thinner pita.

This is my first experience at a Naya. I was pleasantly surprised to find this creamy garlic sauce that I love. The salad was delicious! I will be coming back for more and hopefully next time I'll be in time for mixed greens (as sadly they only had romaine lettuce left at 2pm.) Service was efficient. Ambiance was bright and cheerful although the seating composed of long tables and stools.

Shawarma with a very minimal rice base, ridiculously small portion for the cost

It was a little hard to hear and converse at times as it gets crowded, but the food was delicious and there are really unique items on the menu. Food: The duck shawarma was one of our favorites! The lamb and scallops were also flavorful and tender. The dips were delicious with the pita, but I wish the serving size for the dips were bigger. The fries were great - well seasoned! Also recommend the milky pudding, it was a nice refreshing way to end the dinner. Service: Our server was super helpful in letting us know what items are more shareable and his suggestions for cocktails. Definitely try some of the arak based cocktails. We were lead upstairs to a table. There were 7 of us The seating was cozy but not cramped. We started with 7 family style small dishes: Hummus with Falafel Pops (chickpea purée, tahini, falafel, olive oil), Spring Burrata (roasted cherry tomatoes, toast, basil oil), Hamachi Crudo (passionfruit vinaigrette, citrus zest, cucumber, mint, sesame tuile), Scallops (carrot puree, serrano pepper, brown butter sauce), Tenderloin Skewer (zaatar chimichurri, fresh herb salad), and Shiitake Stuffed Grape Leaves (tomato coulis, yogurt foam, herbs). Everything was delicious. The hummus was well seasoned the falafel had a nice crunch. It went well with the warm puffy gyro bread that came to the table. The burrata was wasm and creamy. I love the vinaigrette on the fish. I ended up eating most of it. The scallops were the sweetest, most tender ones I have ever had. The tenderloin skewers were tender and well seasoned. I liked the grape leaves but the rice consistency was very soft almost mushy and you can barely tell there were mushrooms. There was barely any mushrooms flavor. Next we all chose an entree. I got the duck breast, my husband and daughter each had the beef tenderloin. The duck breast was smaller than i expected. The skin was nicely seared and very crispy but boy did it give my jaw a workout. It was done medium rare. It was juicy but tough. The small beef tenderloin was tender and smoky. The waiter poured the sauce over the tenderloin for added flavor. Finally dessert was a fruit plate with ice cream and pudding. The fruit was fresh and the flavors of the ice cream and pudding unique. It was a nice end to a good brunch. The price was a little expensive at $85 a person.

The seating area is fairly small, which surprised me. We ordered the crispy garlic rice, the Piri Piri chicken sandwich, and the famous knefeh and chicken pancake. The server was so nice, she offered us a sample of the seasonal lemonade, which had rose water and turmeric. It did take a little bit of time for all the food to come out. We chit-chatted while we shared the garlic rice (a little crunchy, very mild) and the chicken sandwich. The PiriPiri sandwich came with a huge piece of fried chicken that was spiced and fried well. The chicken was juicy and not super dry. The little bit of pickled cabbage helped keep things from becoming too greasy. After a bit of wait, the pancake was served. It was such a fun experience with the crunchy kadayif noodles and the cheese hidden underneath a super fluffy pancake. The salty and cheesy flavors of the pancake went well with the rose maple syrup. The spice from the chicken added another note to the dish that made it such a great combo of flavor. I could not stop picking at this huge pancake. It's definitely meant to be eaten by at least two, if not three. If we had known, we probably wouldn't have ordered the other chicken sandwich. Overall the contrast in the chicken and knafeh pancake alone was enough to want me to visit again. The textural crunch, the melted pull of the cheese, the sweet syrup against salty and spicy flavors of the chicken. Not only was the whole presentation beautiful, but the dish itself tasted amazing. I would visit Hen House again for the experience.

Paired with the sauce, fresh salad, and rice, it was easily one of the most memorable meals I've had this year. Everything tasted incredibly fresh and thoughtfully put together.
