We were all set to put our earnest money down and guess what? They don't like our lender because they don't have a local office and they wanted us to use their local lenders. Absolutely not. They declined our offer based on our lender, and I wasn't willing to go through all of the nonsense with another lender specifically because they want us to use the people they get incentives to use. Anyways I am not a spontaneous girl but we went with another builder that same day and now our new home is almost finished. I really wanted my Westbay home but it's just not going to happen. I don't care if I get five million dollars, I'll never buy a Westbay home just due to the way they treated us. The homes are beautiful, your management isn't, and that's sad.

I wish I had read these reviews before buying the house built by Westbay…read more For a $700-800k home in the gated Hawkstone community, the build quality is shockingly poor. The workmanship throughout feels like a budget motel rather than a premium residence, and the builder's warranty support has been essentially nonexistent. Most alarming of all, multiple homes that are only about two years old have already suffered severe termite damage. It raises serious questions about how (or whether) the wood was properly treated during construction. Don't be fooled by the model home--it's beautifully finished because they clearly used their most skilled crews on it. The production homes, unfortunately, appear to have been built by far less experienced (and far cheaper) labor. Highly regret this purchase and strongly advise others to look for houses built by other builders.

We had an excellent experience working with Rebecca Kelly and Michelle Gailey at Eaton Realty. As…read morefirst-time homebuyers, we had a lot of questions and wanted to be thoughtful and thorough throughout the process. Rebecca and Michelle were incredibly helpful from start to finish. Rebecca brought a tremendous amount of experience, practical guidance, and market insight. She helped us think through offer strategy, negotiation, inspection concerns, contract terms, and the many details that come up between going under contract and closing. Her advice was direct, knowledgeable, and valuable at each step, especially when we needed to make decisions quickly but still wanted to feel confident. Michelle was also wonderful to work with. She was kind, responsive, patient, and consistently helpful throughout the process. She made communication easy and helped keep things moving smoothly, which made a stressful process feel much more manageable. Together, Rebecca and Michelle made a great team. They helped us find a home we love, guided us through the moving pieces of the transaction, and made sure we felt supported all the way to closing. We always felt like they were looking out for us and helping us make informed decisions rather than pushing us in any particular direction. We are now moved in and very happy with the home. We are grateful for all of their work and would absolutely recommend Rebecca and Michelle to anyone looking to buy a home in the area.

We went from listing to sale in about 5 months--faster than many comparable homes in Fishhawk Ranch. Becky understands that it's you vs. the market, and she knows how to position you to win. I always recommend meeting multiple agents for a decision this important--but Rebecca should absolutely be one of them. This comes from someone who has both sold homes and trained real estate agents. We've also worked with Eaton on the property management side, and the experience has been just as strong. They maintained the home to a high standard through every phase--residence, rental, and eventual sale--over a 4-year period. Communication was consistent (same or next day), and work orders were handled quickly and professionally. Their fees may be slightly higher than some competitors, but the value is clear--you get what you pay for in this business. Eaton Realty is the complete package. Highly recommend.

Important documents went "missing" and I paid for items twice so that I wouldn't be the reason for a delayed closing. Their responses were UNTIMELY and many times the information was INACCURATE. They placed blame on the mortgage company and the realtor. This is the first and last time I will ever be forced to use this company. We closed on the house TWICE! They sent the wrong paperwork the first time causing me to drive over 59 miles to sign the paperwork AGAIN. I just wanted the keys to my home five days after the first closing. They snuck in a charge the second time that I haven't gotten restitution for. They rushed me through the second closing with no representation there. Over the years I have used many title companies and have never been treated with such unprofessionalism that was displayed here. They apologized, but the damage is done already from missed time and money.

Those interactions were pretty smooth, and communication was made a priority. What I was most impressed with was how Mrs. Harris went above and beyond the call of duty to accommodate other needs that I had by offering recommendations, making referrals, and establishing connections between me and other professionals. Once, when she heard about a contractor being excessive in pricing, she immediately gave me a few new referrals, which worked out better than our 1st choice. She always came to the table, having done her research, to offer us extra incentive and knowledge from which to make decisions. She is a true service professional and has plenty of hustle, because if she doesn't have the answer, she'll find a way to get it. Thanks. T!
