She took the time to get to know me, what I was looking for and didn't waste time helping me find the place I can call home. She could tell within minutes of walking up to a property if it was worth a walk through or if we should move onto the next one. Philippa took the time to make sure I understood what to look for in a house as well as every part of the home buying process. When my initial offer didn't get accepted, she quickly negotiated details of my offer with the listing agent on a deal that worked out perfectly for everyone involved. If you want a realtor who knows what she's doing and can make anything in the home buying/selling process a breeze, Philippa is the best.

I took better photos tjan she did on my phone, but she said she couldn't use them. I have a friend who is a former real estate agent and also a professional photographer, and she showed me the difference between the picture. The broker took of my kitchen and one my friend took. HUGE difference! We live in a visual culture, people buy based on the way something looks. Just a shift in a camera angle or lighting really makes a difference. I asked my agent to hire a professional photographer. I have a witness to her response. The agent said to me, "I only hire a professional photographer for my higher priced homes." I felt discriminated against. And she became very defensive. So she has only shown the house twice in 4 months. She says it is because it is summer. But when I put it on the market there were aboit 14 total on the market in my community. Now there are only 6 for sale. Why? Because the others sold through the summer! If I cancel the 6 month agreement I have to pay her the full fee. I am going to her broker about this. I say steer clear...!

Bottom line up front: If you value your time and money you need Kris Kennedy!…read more I'm a planner. When the Navy told my husband we were moving to the Tampa Bay Area, I immediately started to research local area real-estate agents. Kris Kennedy got many favorable reviews across my most trusted websites and here on Yelp he's a total rockstar. After our initial conversation I knew he was the agent for us. We just closed on our Tampa Bay Home Area home today and having finished the process, I'm delighted to report Kris Kennedy lives up to every accolade he's received. Kris is a really nice guy (but let's face it ALL real estate agents are charming) Kris sets himself above the other agents starting with his professional demeanor and promptness. He is smart and shrewd a brilliantly, tenacious negotiator and an excellent communicator. He has league of professionals in his network that seemingly bend over backwards for him and thusly bend over backwards for his clients. Certainly if I had a question or a concern Kris had an answer, knew someone that did or found out and reported back quickly. He gave us excellent advice, asked important questions, custom built searches to suit our needs, and secured digital paperless portals to complete paperwork. Kris not only saved us time (his efficiency is miraculous), he saved us money A. LOT. OF. MONEY! 1. We were convinced we wanted a V.A. loan but upon Kris's suggestion we looked into it and discovered in this particular instance, using a conventional saved us about 11K. 2. After running some comps, speaking to the seller, investigating the history of the home we wanted etc. Kris was able to negotiate a savings of 24K from list price. FYI my husband and I would've paid asking price and Kris knew it. He worked his magic and saved us a total of 35K. This process was seamless in no small part thanks to the tireless workings of Kris Kennedy and his network of professionals.

This was immensely comforting and really helped put our minds at ease because we knew we had someone who had insight into the legal aspects of purchasing a home alongside the traditional. All in all, if you are looking for a Realtor who will put your interests before her own, look no further than Colette. I wholeheartedly recommend her. It's so evident she loves what she does and it's exactly the reason I wanted to work with her when I was ready to buy my own home. I reached out to her and her team two years ago to find out where I should start in the process. I was given solid advice that I worked hard to implement. When I was ready, so were they! Morgan Gall, my lender, was able to get me approved, rather quickly. Every question I had (& there were plenty!) was answered completely and thoroughly to my full understanding. Then the hunt began! I prepared myself for a lengthy search although I was hopeful with each listing we visited. Meagan listened to my bizarre logic on laundry room locations and respected my intuition when I didn't dig specific houses. She had a feeling this could be "the one", without even showing me a single picture we drove over as quickly as we could and within minutes WE knew! I'm so incredibly grateful for her insight and attentiveness. She was a steller agent from start to finish.
