I rarely write reviews unless I am beyond impressed by a service. Levi Stubbs at Green Star Realty…read morerepresented me in the sale of my home. He is the real deal. He was very knowledgeable about the local and surrounding market and also gave me tips on how to prepare the house for showings. With Levi, he would listen to the price range you are considering selling and will give you his realistic opinion based on his vast experience and comps in the area. For me, this was in itself a sign that he knows his stuff and wants to ensure your house sells instead of languishing on the market due to being overpriced. My house sold at listing price, and he was there every step of the way diligently coordinating with the buyer's agent to facilitate the process until closing. A few things stood out for me: 1. He is very responsive and communicative - This alone is the single biggest reason why I feel he's hands down the best agent that I've encountered (I've had a couple of buy and sell in the past). I felt like he worked exclusively for me always responding to questions and calls right away or within minutes. 2. He was very useful with providing information for some contractors that could help with inspector-requested repairs 3. He was very pleasant to work with and just goes above and beyond for his clients. 4. He has substantial experience for when curveballs emerge at any point in the selling process. There were a few hiccups and that he was able to quickly provide guidance on how to navigate them and keep the deal moving along was truly impressive. I will definitely use him again if the need arises and I have already referred him to friends. If you are looking for a top-notch agent to sell or buy, consider Levi Stubbs and the Green Star Realty team. Seriously, it'll probably be the best decision you ever made.

Wow, working with this realty team was an 'above and beyond' experience for me. As an out-of-state…read moreinvestor, I needed a trusted local resource to help with a speedy closing for my transaction. Chuck and his team went out of their way to research and make connections with the HOA, prospective property management companies, and local renovation service providers. In my past experiences working with other realtors, many would give me references and names but I had to do the work. Chuck and his team took that burden from me and handled my transaction smoothly and precisely. There are thousands of people calling themselves realty professionals in Tampa Bay. My advice: Don't take a risk with someone who is working part-time or who is new to the profession or market. Work with a team like Coit Group Fine Homes who knows the market and who goes above and beyond for their clients.

Steve bent over backwards to help us with all things in-person that we had difficulty doing, including loads of video tours. He followed up with services to keep the processes moving, and he stayed on top of tasks and repairs to make sure we were getting what we expected. He is uniquely qualified to handle the complications of using a VA Loan during a station change. He helped us understand the buying process, he connected us with all the resources and people we needed, and he was able to relay sound guidance from personal experience. We are still learning from him, even after closing, about what to expect in the region and what to do with the home. All the meanwhile, he was critically supportive. He helped to manage our emotions and shielded us from the negative emotions of sellers. When we came to visit, he escorted us around, taking the time to let us get to know the area. We plan to remain connected with Steve going forward, and we will recommend him to any who ask. If we were to go back and redo, we would absolutely go with Steve again! He's not just a professional - he's a really dependable person who's making an impact on our community.

We liked Stephen Aki for three main reasons: from a personal perspective, a customer perspective,…read moreand as a professional. On a personal level, we got to know to Stephen from a cold call. He was not pushy. After some discussions we found him to punctual, honest and went over and above what a normal agent would do in getting market information, data and stats. Over time we found he conducted himself with integrity and professionalism. It was extremely easy to build an excellent relationship with Stephen. Stephen was excellent for us from a customer perspective. Stephen has personal traits that allows him to be an excellent agent that focuses on the customer. First, he was really focused on getting the information to us (in a timely manner), in order for Joanna and I, to make good decisions. He always followed up with us and others to keep things on track and progressing: prior to the listing, during the sale and negotiation process, and the time period right up to closing. While Stephen did not have answers on the spot, we really appreciated that he was honest and that he would get back to us immediately afterwards with the answers. He was always committed on delivering on his promises and making sure we were happy. Last I wanted to point out that Stephen was a calming influence for us. Up to the final closing was an emotional time period as we had many disputes charges with our property manager (itrip Orlando Premier Resort Properties LLC) . Stephen was very calm and focused for us. He worked diligently alongside us in the trenches to close the house. He dealt with the buying agent, closing agent, and us. We really appreciate the support, calmness, and analysis that influenced Joanna and I in a very positive way to be calm, think and make good decisions. In essence, we now have a relationship built with Stephen. Joanna and I wanted to thank Stephen and your brokerage for your support during this difficult transaction. We wanted to let you know that Stephen was tremendous and an excellent real estate agent for us. If we have any people in Canada looking for real estate agent, we will definitely provide future referrals. All the best, Phillip and Joanna Wong
