Paul was our "buyers agent." Though I usually take that with a grain of salt, Paul actually did represent us. Paul has many years of experience in construction. He was excellent in pointing out flaws and problems with some of the houses that we saw. He did not try to steer us to any particular house and was patient while took several days to decide whether we wanted to offer on any of those homes. I believe we did all of the upfront leg work of finding homes to see. Not until they knew that we were in the stage of securing a mortgage and preparing to close on a particular home did they then get involved. Then consistent regular communication with us started. We were surprised at the number of emails, texts and advice we begun to received asking how thing were coming along with the home and the closing date on the home we were building. Perhaps it was because we were near closing at that point and there was a guaranteed financial benefit to them. We closed 12/20/22. The agent that worked with us is very charming but seemed only interested in working to help us when there was an immediate benefit. This was the 5th home we have been blessed to purchase. Of all of them this was the worst experience with a realtor.
