    HOA board members pick and choose who is breaking rules. We no longer feel safe in this community…read morebecause we feel we are being targeted. They are CONSTANTLY calling police on us for something majority of community does. I feel bad for law enforcement who has to waste their time coming to give us a ticket When there is actual people in danger everyday. Just curious as to if the 90% of other people who park car in street EVERY DAY are also being given tickets? Didn't think so. Also ironic that I always see animals off leash yet that is not allowed? The HOA board members in this community are very nosy. Would act nice to my face and then call the police on us multiple times For something they told us we were allowed to do. (??) We rented, and even though we don't own the home, we ARE entitled to privacy. Had a situation once with a trespasser and board member involved themselves in our personal private business when we didn't ask and IMMEDIATELY called our landlord before we could have the chance to , as we were IN THE MIDDLE of handling it. (Trespasser hadn't even left our home yet.) Our landlord even told us that this specific board member is in constant communication with them about every single thing we do. certain people are always watching us/calling law enforcement or speaking to our landlord about us and make us feel unsafe & like we have no privacy. I'm not sure if these people have nothing better to do but I will be staying far away And urge anyone else who values privacy to As well. "Friendly and safe community" absolute BS.

Land O Lakes is the next exit after Bears / Tampa off i275. Their home owners association fees are only $166 per quarter, which comes down to only $55 per month and are pretty reasonable. Twin lakes has a community pool, playground, lakes, woods, and deer feeder station. On many Saturday mornings at 7am they take hot air balloons out. This is a low crime community and very safe. Pasco county property taxes and insurance rates are way less than the in Hillsborough county so you'll save a ton of money on taxes here. Land O lakes doesn't allow parking on the side of the road, so it's convenient for getting around. Home owners association meetings are once per year. Every year Twin Lakes throws a Halloween party, Holiday Party, and Yard sale.

I said what are you talking about? he said "I guess you don't value you my service" I was shocked by this. I contacted our families corporate attorney and the board of realtors. Both of them said what he did is ILLEGAL. I went even further to ask over a dozen realtors if they have ever heard of this or asked their potential clients for money. They all said 2 things. 1) NO 2) That what he did violates the moral and ethical conduct of a realtor Please be wary of this realtor. Especially if he asks you for money in return for showing you houses. isn't that his job? This is all factual data. I have the texts/e-mails to back it up!
