I had a 3 year old 65 inch Samsung ($2,700 new) that had an ethernet port die. Called this company, quoted me a reasonable price, showed up at the agreed appointment on time and replaced the motherboard in the tv. When a secondary issue surfaced immediately after the repair he was right back at my home and effectively and efficiently resolved it. He backs up his work! This is now my go to electronics repair company and it should be yours too!

I dropped my phone like an oaf last weekend and was rewarded for my efforts with a spiderweb of…read morecracks in the screen. Since new phones nowadays are four figures, I decided to get the screen replaced. The gentleman at this establishment quoted a repair for $89.99 and about 30 minutes. I was slightly dubious he'd be able to get it done so quickly as he seemed to be quite busy with several customers as I was leaving and I think he was the only one working there, but my wife and I went and grabbed some lunch while we waited. Not 25 minutes went by before we received a text that my phone was ready. Not only is the repair flawless, but he also threw in a screen protector for free that I had declined when he offered it at a $10 upcharge when I dropped the phone off. The screen replacement was a little pricier than some quotes I'd received from other phone repair places, but with the convenient location, impressive turnaround time, and quality of the repair, it made it well worth it.

WHAT AN AMAZING COMPANY!!! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CARING EMPLOYEES!!!…read more I purchased a big-screen outside TV thru Amazon with Assurian Protection & long black line appeared in middle of screen in a little over a year. Claim was placed with this company & Mindy jumped on immediately. She followed thru each day with what, when & where they were setting up & rep that came out was wonderful. Very detailed in explaining every step in diagnostics to my husband & myself. She stayed on top of everything with Assurion & was so great in explaining steps they were resolving to get problem fixed or proper feedback expedited to Assurion, which is sometimes a nightmare dealing with the Philippines. In any event, our $3200 purchase couldn't be repaired, but we are happy that we had a company with individuals that cared about Customer Care...that's why we always get Protection Plans on all appliances, large home purchase items. Hope this review is helpful to anyone that needs an awesome Electronic or Appliance issue. We would give them 10 stars if we could!!!.. Deb & Dennis Strickland Jacksonville FL

If you like slow service as the employees spend too much time talking personal with customers. Conversations that have nothing to do with phones or service. That can't even work and socialize at the same time as eye contact is important. They are doing this right in front of you as you wait. This is the place for you. If want to stand there for 10 minutes as they wont recognize you. This is your place. If you want to watch people walk out for wait and frustration this is the place for you. I needed something pretty simple turns out. I bought a new phone from apple but didn't have a phone line yet, plus if you buy from apple you don't have to worry about jail breaking or waiting for a year or more to go buy before charging carriers... (This is big as I am SO lucky I can change carriers anytime and don't owe a tone of money on phone forcing you to stay). Apple stated T Mobile should be able to help do it. On top both devices are t mobile. Work cell and personal cell but two different iCloud's. I finally get an assistant to help me. Picture a man helping you sloppy dressed wearing a sport team jersey oversized baggy pants and a ball cap. I didn't realize he even worked there for thirty minutes. Proper attire if East LA. He stated unless it is the same iCloud you must use a desktop. I told him I did it before with other carriers in past. He stated that is the only way T-Mobile is trained and their guide shows. When I told him I didn't think it was correct the other rep didn't correct him but silence was concurrence. Apple Store in 30 minute drive. I went into their competitor next door and not only did they know how to do it they moved everything on the phone I wanted but did it in minutes. I am not sure if all locations in Jax are like this BUT stay away unless board any want to watch dysfunctional. The ones really to blame is store manager and District Manager. T-mobile for not ensure training is completed or updating manuals on the basics of phone transition. Visit was at 6:30pm 4/1/26

They are merging with Sprint and have great coverage in Jacksonville with plenty of towers. Right now you can switch and get a FREE iPhone but I'm not sure if I will use this offer or not.... They also allow you to switch and keep your current phone and phone number. I will update this review in the future if I decide to switch. Its not even smooth surfaces he said they dont do sanding .... i HAVE to retexture my wall myself Fine i get it but the guy who cut holes in our walls 2 yrs ago to instal caneras did a better mudding/fill job than this guy. Ill be going through all camera footage as ive already seen he's hit my wall with our metal ladder too many times to count yesterday and now i get to finish and fix his poor filling job on ALL cut outs in my home MYSELF. Ill post videos if i can when i download them. It was excuse after excuse on MULTIPLE THINGS. Pitiful and yes my husband agrees! I atleast was taught how to use mud fill it and SMOOTH it out . Scott said they only do rough patch no sanding but all other customers are happy with it.... really??? I highly doub it!.... i hope his wife would be happy with this final product in THEIER home if they wer3 just a customer because its not GOOD BUSINESS and now we are telling our neighbors not to use them! Nice guy at 1st til confronted but very very condiscending today and knew he was but so glad i have it on audio from my hall camera. nobody would be happy with this so called fill in the holes and cracks. My husband has severe back problems and dr visits and cant be home 100% of tge time besies im not dumb or new to patchwork as we had to when we sold our old home and yes I A FEMALE DID IT! Needless to say we waited to see if he would do better yesterday or but Today it got worse. This is the "owner" lol thats pitiful and NOT WORTH OVER 1600 when im gonna spend even more to fix it what he shoould have done because noe even holes or screws are fully covered still indents around his cut outs and the filler isnt smooth at all and then texture it again myselfi can do that!! Very very disappointed!!!!.... im glad i have cameras in and outside my home GARAGE INCLUDED These pictures are from the 3 total visits hes made and WE WILL NOT ALLOW A 4TH!!!....sure things work but I mean for 1600 plus no i should not have to do this bull myself. If my husbands back wasn't so messed up and dr appointments and physical therapy and chiropractor he'd be here the whole time every time. I do have a few pictures as well text message wise to show other inconsistent information. His "clean-up " is a joke he got mud all over the picture I has specifically made by an artist of our deceased cat for my husband and the only thing that looks good is my daughters chandelier in her room but we found mud on it too now. Its poor service on the tail end and im WAITING on the desk faceplate that will hopefully be given to me as its already paid for as we paid Scott in full now. Yup gotta wait for drake customer service and blah blah blah. Look we all have real life problems but there are so many in consistency with what he said yesterday and today . I see why only 17 reviews and very little reviews elsewhere now. Its ridiculous! Scott set the price added on more fine I get that BUT if I knew my walls and all the holes would look like this when finished ummmmmm no. There's no way other people can be happy with this type of "rough patchwork " id like to see those pics. So if you have a simple project they might be ok if its more than a light then PAY THE EXTRA $$$ . I really dont care what his responses are as i have proof of poor execution and im not a young dumb woman or anything. I was an army brat im not incapable of doing things. A blind person could have done this patchwork better than he did! No i dont want Scott back in my home EVER. I feel sorry for people who hire him and HOPE they see this and my pictures! Good luck everyone just pay the extra $!!! highly highly do NOT recomend ! I'll add more pictures today!
