I gave the required letter from my church and the gentleman filled out the forms for both distributions. In February of 2026 I discovered the church had not received my contribution. Went back to Suncoast to see what had happened and how it could be corrected. Was told the gentleman had neglected to have me sign the charitable contribution form. No one had called to tell me about the mistake. They said they sent a doc. you sign ...... I did not receive it. They could not help me. After many back and forth with Suncoast I have lost $2,100.00 real dollars!! I could not take the charitable contribution off on my taxes. The IRS has penalized me 25% because I had not taken out the total required distribution. $2,100.00 of my money is gone because they were not courteous enough to call.

Not a good review to be had for HGreg but anyway, when they sent the draft and buyers order to Suncoast the processor missed the trade in that the draft included. I reached out to Kori Speegle and explained what was happening (as we now have 2 car loans). She got the paperwork and researched and seen what happened, she then sent a request to the dealer to refund that amount of the over payment they got and she had the first car loan paid off and all is good!! Prior to that time, it was received within 15 seconds or so. The only fastest way is to get the code via cell. I DO NOT, and WILL NEVER use my cell to do online banking and will not use their mobile app. I only use desktop computer for security reason. When I reported issue to Suncoast - twice they gave me troubleshooting method to resolve issue. NONE work. I find it odd that 2nd factor code being mailed to my email works perfectly fine with 4 other businesses I use. Suncoast needs to come up to par with the coding practices so this issue is resolved once and for all.

And finally our supervisor, she has no spine and very passive aggressive. She does not advocate for her reps. The environment in accounting was hostile and underpaid. They treated the accounting support with little respect and made you feel inferior. They will set you up for failure and blame you for it. And if you get on their "bad side" they will find something and blow it up exponentially to result in your dismissal with no remorse. The benefits were good and other people within the credit union were great, but the accounting support department needs management change.

I was told that the letter they were working with to lock me down was dated May 2026 is it the end of August. Then after they finally agreed that they made a mistake they stated that my accounts would get unlocked in 3 business days. Day 3 called to follow up to be told that they just started the process to unlock my accounts yesterday which would have been day 3. I will be leaving Suncoast after a dedicated 20 plus years. Never Again. I have a business to run that is shut down finally due to incompetence.

Sent one tax transcript. Then another. Then was asked to send them in PDF form. Then was told that they wanted the full tax return for all personal and business taxes with "all schedules attached". Then, after explaining that I do not own a business and that I've sent all available forms the IRS has under my tax records, I was told that they wanted "the paperwork from when I filled out the taxes". Immediately after that final demand, while I was (again) looking at the IRS website for a way to make a request for any additional forms, I received a message from the bank saying that the loan had been declined. They asked for further info. Then they rejected the loan application while I was attempting to find it 10 minutes later. An absolute clown show; I will never trust them with any serious amount of money.
