Their mechanic seems to patch these used crash cars in a very cheap way to trap customers in coming back for repairs soon after financing. That's how the mechanic makes his buck, I was told! I know, from experience, that this dealership is about providing credit financing at high cost, rather than improving the working state of the used cars they provide. The lure is no credit checks. It seems obvious based on the high downpayment, the weekly, or monthly payments. I feel cheated and helpless, at the same time. It is sad @ Zephyrhills. The relief person in the office staff needs customer service training sooner than later. He hangs up the phone anytime of his choosing. I am told that I have to negotiate with the mechanic for refunds on faulty and incomplete repairs, not the office. What a 'Krock'! I am still awaiting a refund response on a water pump replacement that had to be reworked, because my Chevy Cruze was overheating, the temperature gauge was stationary, the cooling fans are working constantly, and the coolant reservoir fluid is cold to the touch. This is just the last bad experience. I must know better, when enough is enough! What a disappointment on my part to allow this level of service to drain me of cash and accompanying emotional trauma. Called my salesman and he stated that no that wasn't what we agreed on and he would have the finance man call me. I live 3 hours away. I turned around and went back up there. Magically the computer crashes and there was nothing he could do at that time. Salesman said you didn't give her any paperwork and he stated that he couldn't because the transaction wasn't final until the loose tag block was undone. he stated that he was off Monday and would e-mail me the new contract with the correct amount. I called Monday to see about my so called tag block and there was nothing. my salesman called me on Tuesday and stated that they could just cut me a check for the over charge or I could see what the payments would be if I took the bumper to bumper. I decided to take the bumper to bumper. I waited for my new contract which I never received. Wed I decided to get on and check my bank account, they took my 5K down payment. I messaged my salesman and asked what what going on. He stated that he would get with serivce see if my car was ready have him e-mail me my new paper work and get the car to me. Here is is Thursday no e-mail no word from the dealership. I have tried to e-mail the GM with a return to send failed delivery. I am over this!! 5 days later I have no paperwork, lost 5k of my money, no car to show for it. ***update*** Finally got my car to me. 1 day shy of a week. I bumped the stars up because of the salesman. When he called me and talked to me he was very understanding about my frustration. He gave me to the finance guy to explain the hold up and of course we went around and around. I told him that communication would be nice. The whole hold up is on their end not mine. Let's just say he hung up on me. But I got my car and I'm happy to have it. 9/24- So I email the GM like I was asked to do and you don't even respond to it. Already dumping money into it since the check engine light came on not even 48 hours after having it. Still riding on a dealers tag. Can't get anyone to talk to me. So let's talk here where everyone can see what kind of business this is and why NOT to deal with you. I want to know what the hold up is. Where is the rest of the paperwork? Why am I still riding on a dealers tag? Answers and communication go a long way! Tomorrow marks a week I have had my car.
