They are very rude and nasty they over charge for there cars and give you nothing for yours. would never buy any of there junk cars.

Except Ronnie in the sales office, the rest seems to lack motivation for even ordinary service. Their mechanic seems to patch these used crash cars in a very cheap way to trap customers in coming back for repairs soon after financing. That's how the mechanic makes his buck, I was told! I know, from experience, that this dealership is about providing credit financing at high cost, rather than improving the working state of the used cars they provide. The lure is no credit checks. It seems obvious based on the high downpayment, the weekly, or monthly payments. I feel cheated and helpless, at the same time. It is sad @ Zephyrhills. The relief person in the office staff needs customer service training sooner than later. He hangs up the phone anytime of his choosing. I am told that I have to negotiate with the mechanic for refunds on faulty and incomplete repairs, not the office. What a 'Krock'! I am still awaiting a refund response on a water pump replacement that had to be reworked, because my Chevy Cruze was overheating, the temperature gauge was stationary, the cooling fans are working constantly, and the coolant reservoir fluid is cold to the touch. This is just the last bad experience. I must know better, when enough is enough! What a disappointment on my part to allow this level of service to drain me of cash and accompanying emotional trauma. Keep it up A CARLOT Inc., time will tell the true story!

He notified Gene who i believe is the service manager in that particular office. Scott called out to him twice to get his attention and when Gene finally responded, he seemed to be anode. He then took the paperwork carried it to his desk - came back and threw the papers down on Scott's desk in front of me. Not only did he do this once but twice. Their slogan is "everybody gets treated as family." The treatment I received by Gene was disrespectful. Even on this very day I had just spent $897.57 . I am a retired Marine Combat veteran who understands something about respect and professionalism. You can't treat customers anyway you want to and expect them to return. i have taken my business elsewhere. I also left a message for the Service manager John Whittaker to contact me about the situation...never heard from him. I thankful that I am now somewhere the utmost respect is shown towards it's customers. The reason I wrote this review is because I have been getting emails and 15% off any service to come back to Jim Browne. They didn't have the courtesy to respond to my request to contact me, now they want me to come back and spend money. "I will NEVER return to Jim Browne Dade City for anything.

He handed me the keys, put a tag on the car, and let me go by myself, which is amazing. I really felt like I could take my time and not just "drive a loop" and return with the pressure to buy right away. I absolutely loved the car. It was in immaculate condition. Nick gave me a buyers order when I returned, offered me a great price on the car, and I went on my way to drive a few more cars before deciding on it. I called the next day and left a deposit (which they explicitly stated was 100% refundable) because I wanted the car but wanted my tuner to inspect it before purchasing. Nick said that was no problem and that Prestige Motors actually encouraged that. After a few days and some soul searching, I realized the Camaro was not a good fit for me. The Camaro was insanely fast, fun to drive, but not very practical for me. Which I begrudgingly realized. I called Nick and told him I ended up with a new truck, and he was super cool about it. He issued me a full refund and was very professional about the whole thing. Although I ultimately didn't buy a car from them, I would HIGHLY recommend working with Prestige Motors. It was certainly not your typical car buying experience. Much appreciated Nick, and in a few years when I'm looking for another toy, I'll be sure to give you guys a look first. Thanks!!!
