Despite the cordial nature of the owner and his partner they didn't offer any compensation nor did they even have the courtesy to get back in touch with me. Brandon finally called once he read my two negative reviews. Almost two weeks to the day when I called him. Again, the item was defective and no recourse was offered to me. Had a couple of minor things happen: a woman watching the store for the owner seemed to have a bit of trouble using the computer to complete my purchase and when we left I noticed that I was charged more for an item than the price tag amount. They Wouldn't accept my return on an unused, brand new with tags item because I didnt have my receipt. I understand my responsibility to have a proof of purchase. However to not even have an exchange or store credit offered when clearly the item still had their original price tags on it is absurd. They could have issued me store credit, charged a restocking fee, and they would still have us as customers. Store credit would not only guarantee a return customer, but it would also show ' good faith ' and appreciation to their customers. We wont be returning. And im sure thats exactly what they wanted given how they treat people.
