Alyssa explained the menu and the options while considering the kinds of benefits I would want in the products. I ordered the Tiramisu shake and got the lemon mango tea. The tea was prepared first to aid in giving my metabolism a boost. I had my tea while she prepared the shake which had only 200 calories and was enriched with protein.
