Not one visible improvement. It feels like I threw my money away. At the 3‑month check‑in, when I said I wasn't seeing any changes, they tried to show me "under the skin" results on a photo. That was never what they sold me. They promised visible results in the mirror, not invisible ones on a screen. It felt like a complete bait‑and‑switch. They also make it very clear they don't offer refunds, but they claim they'll "make every effort to make it right." That is absolutely not true. After the 6‑month mark, I called and spoke to the manager and was told I would get a call within 2 days. No one ever did. I called again the following week and got no answer at all. Zero follow‑through, zero accountability. This entire experience has been a waste of money and a huge disappointment. I feel misled, ignored, and taken advantage of. It was so smooth to apply and a little went a very long way and I didn't feel like it was drying my face the way masks sometimes can. When I rinsed it off my skin felt rejuvenated, not dry and tight! The Be Glowy moisturizer felt wonderful on my skin! The final application of Bella be primed SPF on my face felt luxuriously smooth and provided great coverage without exaggerating the pores on my skin which I often see with this type of product. For $275, so far no complaints. Pay attention to your gps, because if you make a wrong turn it will cause an issue. There is adequate parking. There located on the 4th floor, suite 411. Nice waiting area. First you will discuss your concerns with the aesthetician, take pictures, discuss what to expect. Then you go to another room to start the process. Nice room, lay on a bed, and in a matter of minutes it's over. You get a fan for your face. They cleanse your face, and apply the solution. You receive thorough instructions and a care package to manage your skin for the next 7 days. So come through and get ready to peel away all those years.

What is most frustrating to me is how long it took to finally get objective diagnostic clarification. I continued treatment for months before a scalp biopsy was ultimately performed. That biopsy did not support the CCCA diagnosis I had been carrying and being treated for. By the time I received that clarification, I had already spent months believing I had a scarring form of alopecia. The fear, uncertainty, and emotional distress surrounding that diagnosis affected me deeply and ultimately contributed to my decision to cut my hair. I understand that hair-loss conditions can overlap and that diagnoses can evolve. But that is exactly why I believe timely diagnostic testing, careful reassessment, and clear communication are so important. I wish the biopsy had been performed much earlier instead of after such a prolonged period of uncertainty. I also believe patients deserve to feel that their concerns are being actively investigated rather than simply carrying forward a diagnosis that originated elsewhere. In my case, the eventual biopsy materially changed my understanding of what was actually happening with my hair. Based on my experience, I would strongly encourage anyone dealing with a CCCA diagnosis or another serious hair-loss condition to ask detailed questions, seek a second opinion when needed, and discuss whether a scalp biopsy is appropriate sooner rather than later.
