I had 3 bids before his and he was the only one that took the time to take video and pictures and actually show me what was going on with my foundation. He was careful to explain the work that was needed. He stuck to the timeline and cost estimate-both of which were very reasonable and lower than all the competition. Maddy T in the office kept me up to date on the start date timeline and made payment super easy. She was a delight to work with. Cody, the GM, was on site during the renovation and was diligent with leveling out and measuring the progress--several times. He and Diego, the foreman, were great with communication. Diego and his crew picked up after work each day and on the last day, they left my yard in perfect shape. They took after pictures to compare with the before and checked in with me before leaving each day to update progress. I AM SO HAPPY WITH THE RESULTS! After discovering significant water damage in our sunroom, our insurance company recommended Mr…read more Cleanz LLC in Blue Springs, Missouri. What initially appeared to be a minor issue turned out to be extensive damage caused by water intrusion around the roofline and chimney. Ultimately, the entire sunroom had to be demolished and rebuilt from the ground up. From the beginning, the team at Mr. Cleanz treated our home with care and professionalism. They worked directly with our insurance company, coordinated the necessary trades, and guided us through a project that was much larger than anyone originally anticipated. A project of this size naturally involved many moving parts, including demolition, structural repairs, roofing, windows, flooring, electrical work, insulation, drywall, painting, and finish carpentry. Throughout the process, the staff at Mr. Cleanz remained friendly, courteous, and committed to making sure the project was completed correctly. The finished sunroom exceeded our expectations. The craftsmanship is excellent, the room is beautiful, and it's hard to believe it's the same space after seeing the extensive water damage that had occurred. Looking back at the before-and-after photos really highlights how much work went into restoring our home. What I appreciated most was that Mr. Cleanz stood behind their work and stayed committed to seeing the project through. They worked with our insurance company throughout the process, coordinated numerous subcontractors, and made sure the final product met a high standard of quality. Home restoration projects can be stressful, especially when hidden damage is uncovered, but having a contractor who genuinely cares about restoring your home makes all the difference.
