I can't say enough good things about Ofilio's Tree Service…read more First, from my call to the completion of the work was less than a week. His bid was professional, quick, and thousands less than my expectations. He talked me through the work that he was planning and explained it so I could understand. He never upsold me on anything I didn't need. He even offered to clean my yard up, because I hadn't raked the fall leaves. He said, "I want it to look nice when we're finished." Second, Ofilio and his crew completed what seemed like a week's worth of work in less than a day. They took down a 30ft oak, with stump grinding; trimmed up another 30ft oak; trimmed up a large maple near power lines; and trimmed up another large tree by mid afternoon! They cleaned up the yard waste better than it's ever looked and even disposed of some random wood that I'd kept laying around the yard. Finally, there is no better feeling than coming home knowing the tree that had literally been hanging over my head is gone. That piece of mind is worth every penny, but Ofilio also made me feel like I wasn't wasting my money. Please, please, please give him a call. It'll be worth your time.

The skills these guys had and their extraordinary attention to safety were like none other. They had my tree cut down, ground the stump, and cleaned up impeccably in 4 hours. Amazing. No debris is left behind. Put my fences back the same way having to remove them to get the equipment in my yard. I highly recommend this company. They listened to what I wanted done and being a woman that doesn't always happen. Can't say enough good things about this company. Every last one of those guys worked beautifully together about 9 or 10 and all of them were nice and polite paying attention to much detail. We switched to Green Lawn, Inc. last year because the previous company who was doing our lawn…read moretreatment didn't eliminate a majority of the weeds. I do a spot check every week to dig up any weeds that might appear, but they were so numerous that I couldn't keep up. It was a bit aggravating to have to do all that cleanup when the treatments should have been more effective. We have been extremely happy with Green Lawn, Inc. this past year because their lawn treatments have killed off those weeds and allowed the grass to grow back. They have done a great job overseeding our lawn as well, and we have added on their sprinkler overwintering services for this fall. Also, all the employees and technicians that I have interacted with have always been polite, knowledgeable, and willing to go the extra mile in doing quality work.

Called the next morning and was told "we got busy". I understand that some jobs take longer than anticipated but I at least expected a quick phone call to ask to update me rather than having no contact at all. Office was extremely rude when asked for a refund. Didn't even apologize for a no-show no -call appointment. I can't comment on the quality of their work as they didn't show but would strongly recommend hiring a different company if you're expecting an even minimal level of reliability, professionalism, and customer service.

I interviewed several tree companies, and they were least expensive and came with good references. One of the trees that they trimmed was over a power line and my hot tub. It should come down. It's not doing good. we were like OK how much to take it down we agreed on what he said and I asked if he did shrubs and bushes and stuff on the sides front and the back of the house. He said yes, we do everything. He quoted me a price with that and the tree. We agreed took him a few days to get out back out due to he needed to go camping one weekend and then rain the following week pushed him back then he showed up, dropped the tree and left all the wood all over my backyard didn't stack it up. Didn't put it anywhere. My backyard is a total mess and he didn't do any of the shrubs so the side of the house or the trimming that I paid him for took didn't finish the job and will not come back and finish the job and won't return any of the money we paid upfront on the first tree had no trouble we so we thought no problem. We'll pay upfront on the second tree huge mistake even the young man that asked my wife. Are you sure you wanna give us the money before we're done? My wife was yeah why should I not? She came home from work to pay them and then went back to work My wife was yeah why should I not? She came home from work to pay them and then went back to work when we got home the yard was a mess. huge pieces of tree and limbs all over the backyard, not stacked up, not taken away. They cut it dropped it and left it all over the yard. And then didn't trim any of the shrubs didn't trim. Any of the bushes took that money haven't gotten any of the money that was added onto the tree price for the shrubs and bushes and they did not do the work but kept the money and won't return it or come out and finish the job. This is the first time I've had to deal with a tree falling in my yard. And a horrible experience I would not hire this company to do any work. Maybe it's our fault cause we gave him the money upfront. Once got the money, he just packed up and left. Maybe it's our fault for pain first before the job was finished. We didn't even think anything bad just trusted that they would do what they got paid to do. We were wrong. I hope no one else falls for this scam. The Carlos Tree removal.
