The business proposed trimming back a neighbors tree and said it would take 5.25 manhours. I watched the man cutting the tree spend about 4-5 minutes cutting 4 small to medium size branches. Then two other men spend 2 minutes moving the limbs to the shredder. Less than 10 minutes total. They were trying to charge me $600.00 for those 10 minutes. I called them on it and the foreman told me he would never pay so much to have any tree trimmed. When I called the office to voice my concerns the receptionist said the owner would call me back. Now over 24 hours later I haven't heard a peep. I reached out to the man who visited us and wrote the proposal (Jeryn Batman) and he seems to be ghosting his customers also.
