All I wanted to do is move in and not deal with anything else. HOWEVER, that's not how it works. With newly-built homes you MUST comply with HOA guidelines, which states the owner(s) must build out their backyard within 90 days. YIKES! I didn't budget for that! I thought about building it out on my own and saving money. But, I did that before. It ain't easy. It's time consuming and I'm NOT a professional. So, I went o Yelp for quotes. I even had people knocking at my door. I got their quotes. I called them. And, none of them impressed me. They lack professionalism. The only company that not only impressed me but showed the most amount of interest in not only meeting my expectations but exceeding them was Bright Home. I know what you may be thinking, "That's got to be ridiculously expensive." Honestly, it wasn't cheap, but it was DEFINITELY competitive and EXTREMELY well done! I received 3 quotes (by smaller independent companies) before going with Bright Home. THEY WERE MORE EXPENSIVE and offering me less! One even wanted me to ignore my HOA guidelines and just get started. And, their lack of ethics greatly concerned me. So, they were quickly dismissed. Most landscapers will sell you on their interpretation of your vision, by only providing you a hand drawing or verbal agreement. But, Bright Home provides you with an online 3-D rendering. And, they can make changes during your meeting, within seconds, until you are satisfied. PLUS, they provide you 3 iterations of the concept before they even get started!!! Their software is magnificent! It's like you are walking through your backyard - ONLINE!! By the time they started their work and provided me with the blueprint rendering I knew I made the right decision. Last but certainly not least, Bright Home prioritizes their work. That means you have a dedicated project manager and team. They don't multitask, working on your backyard and someone else's - taking weeks and months to finish. When they start, they don't stop until it's done! Only rain delays your finished product. As well, you have a personal portal to mange your documents, payments as well as before and after pictures. It's like a concierge experience! I have the backyard I am EXTREMELY proud to show off! I am over the moon happy. I highly recommend Bright Home. Please don't settle. Just call them. I…read moreinterviewed 4 different companies and ended up with Fantasyscape - while they were not the lowest (nor the highest quote), i liked they understood what I was looking for and was able to do all the work (one company required me to purchase my own plants). The work they did for me included: Demo and hauled all the existing grass/sod; converting irrigation to drip, putting in a weed fabric barrier, planting drought tolerant plants and setting the drip irrigation timer for me. I hired a different company for the landscape design. Jon, the owner, and his crew were great to work with, and especially Tony was super hard working! Overall, took them about 2 weeks to finish as they had other jobs that pulled them away. I was really pleased with how my yard turned out and excited to see it blossom in the spring/summer. Highly recommend Fantasyscapes!

Their name says stepping stone manufacturers, but this is just one small aspect of their inventory. This is a great starting point for a Do-it-Yourself landscaping project. Many of the block and stone products are modular in design, meaning you can interlock pieces together without requiring a professional installer. The final product looks as if it was professionally done, yet takes a minimal amount of time to do a small area. Even block walls of the Basalite line of modular blocks are held together with hidden pins that are engineered to exceed building code specs. Standard block and stepping stores are available, too, some that are held with only sand in place, others that are joined with mortar. Lots of options to choose from. Contractors will find this location to have just about everything that is needed in wall and stepping stone/walkway materials. A&A has a great yard staff that will load your product for you, plus they have the equipment to be able to cut block or stone to your specifications. Delivery is available on all of their product line. Just all in all a great place to shop for landscaping supplies for your home. Four locations. Basically they wanted me to pair a Share Of Cost of $3891 and that combined with my mortgage would almost take all my money that I have for the month. It was very hard for me to keep my house clean and I was kind of in denial about me having to do it all by myself. So I decided to go on yelp, and Donnie maids was the first company that came up. The owner of Valerie is very nice and very, very easy to work with She sent out a woman. I cannot remember her name, but she was also very good. She did a walk-through of my home and she asked if she could take pictures before she started taking pictures. I really appreciate that not that I have anything to hide lol. The next day two workers came and I instructed them what I needed done what was a priority and what I didn't need to have done just personal items that I'd rather take care of myself they did an amazing job. They were very quick and they were very thorough. I can tell when things are clean. When I rub my hand over surface. I can tell if it's been dusted and treated with Murphy's oil soap or if they've just been barely gone over they did a great job on my toilet and my shower And my kitchen which I thought was a disaster. I cannot recommend them enough please give Valerie a call and at least consider using them. He will not be sorry. I repeat again. You will be not be sorry for using Donnie maids. They are wonderful and I plan to use them again.
