While i waited i went into Tractor Supply and told the cashier what happened and asked if i could wait in the store. Jacob said of course and between customers he would engage me in conversation which helped my nerves settle down. The hour wait was almost up and i was told by towing service that he would be there soon. I went outside to wait and Jacob brought me a chair to sit in...and when he realized i did not have a jacket and it was cold he brought me a blanket. After the tow truck arrived, I still had a long wait while my tire got repaired etc. Jacob when he did not have customers at checkout he came out and chatted with me!!!! I thought to myself boy if he is married she would be very blessed to have someone this thoughtful in her life!!! God bless you Jacob and Tractor Supply for being there when i needed you!

One thing that we definitely needed to find here was a new dog groomer, as our golden retriever needs several spa days every year. Something important with a dog groomer is proximity to your home. That's really important with any business, I suppose. But a groomer requires two round trip drives with pick-up and drop-off. It appears that the next closest groomer is at least 20 minutes away, which means an hour and 20 minutes of commuting. So even though it seems strange because we have another Woof Gang not too far away, I am selfishly very happy that they opened up here. But Woodforest is a hug neighborhood, so I'm sure there are many others who are also grateful. In Tampa, we tried to take our dog to a Woof Gang that opened near our old house, but to be honest, we were not a big fan of the haircut he got. But we know that every groomer is different and that our Tampa grooming experience is not an indictment of all Woof Gang's around the globe. It turned out, his haircut looked pretty much identical to the place we just to take him in Tampa and was virtually the same price. So after one visit, I think we've found our permanent groomer!

I have a 15-week-old standard poodle named Stone, who is truly the sweetest and most curious dog I've ever known. Each time he enters the store, they spark his curiosity by letting him sample all the delightful treats they offer, which has really helped me discover his favorites (spoiler alert: he loves them all, lol). They showered my precious baby with an abundance of love, making the hour and ten-minute drive for his first grooming appointment with Dani absolutely worth it. I appreciate that Dani took the time to update me on how he was doing during their session.
