I am a runner, constantly training for marathons. I get sports massages at Peak Integrative Health…read moreevery other week and have been EXTREMELY satisfied! They really work out all my kinks and I think the massages have overall decreased my risk of injury. I love how they use all natural products. Both Rob and Jenn are great. I have recently had appointments with Jenn and love her. She is great to talk to to keep my mind off of the pain associated with working out my tight muscles :) She is also 2/2 on natural product recommendations and gives great advice for stretches and homeopathic remedies for soreness, bruising, etc. They have all worked for me! Another perk is their massages are relatively inexpensive and they do not take tipes. They have a great philosophy: what they do is less of a self indulgence and more of a therapy for body wellness and health. Overall, I will always turn to Peak Integrative Health for my sports massages!

My fiancé and I have been seeing Rob for regular deep tissue massage for the past 5 months and…read morecouldn't be happier. Prior to moving to Boulder and going to Rob for massage I was a professional athlete for several years, during which time I got many hundred massages from at least a dozen different therapists, some of whom specialized in professional athletes and were among the best in the business. Rob's knowledge, style, ability, and attention to detail are as good as any I've experienced. Rob took the time and effort up front to learn about us and our bodies' needs and never fails to ask how we're doing and what areas might need special attention before each massage. When we do have areas of specific focus, Rob does a great job of giving those areas the attention they require and thus far has had a 100% success rate at fixing my pain points. Rob's prices are very reasonable, particularly for his level of expertise and experience and his use of an online scheduler makes appointment planning nice and easy. We will continue to see Rob for regular massage as long as he's in the business and we all continue to live in the same area.

I went to VP aesthetics for a facial recently. Here is why I lived VP aesthetics and will 100% go…read moreback. A) the approach Valeriya has isn't cookie cutter, it's personalized. I don't know anything about skincare but at 41 I know I need to do something. So going to a typical spa is daunting as I don't know what facial I need to choose? Hydration? Clarifying? How would I know?! I just know what I want and thankfully, Valeriya knows what I need. So I don't waste my money signing up for a facial that won't give me the results I want. Valeriya takes the time to understand my concerns, walk me through her recommendations, and she sets expectations for results. B) I work full time and have 2 little kids. Half the reason I don't take time for myself is the travel time necessary to take time for myself. A one hour facial sounds delightful but when I need to drive 30 min each way to get one, i don't have time for that (although the attention I got from Valeriya would be worth it for you folks coming from outside of Erie). Now I have a local place to go conveniently tucked into my neighborhood. C) the pricing is so reasonable. Did I mention the facial I got was customized? When I have ventured to a traditional spa in the past I felt like they tacked on an additional cost for everything! You sign up for a hydration facial but need a couple extractions? Add $20 here, $20 there. My customized facial address the hydration I needed, the small patch of redness and scales and exfoliating I needed. Seriously, where else do you get that!? Plus, let's be honest, as a 41 year old, I'm gonna need more than just 1 facial to achieve my results and Valeriya has packages! With rising prices of all the things, who doesn't love a deal? D) this is more of a feel good reason but I love the idea of supporting a locally owned, female owned business. Valeriya's in home aesthetics still offers the relaxation and escape that I'd get from going to a big chain but without the impersonal feel. Her treatment room is warm and inviting. I'll report back after my next treatment!
