My son's wedding was at Natures Connection last weekend. Incredible venue. Several places on property to have ceremony, large building for food, large tent for event space (fits 200 comfortably.) Bathrooms clean and maintained throughout event. Water feature, pond, large bridal quarters, grooms cabin, abundant parking. Very family friendly venue. I don't think there's a better family friendly venue around for a rustic, vintagey, woodsy wedding. read more

This place is amazing! We got married here in May this year (2019). Kathy is the absolute best; she is so helpful and really just incredibly sweet. We met with her just a handful of times over the 2 year planning process . Lol. The venue itself is stunning and offers a variety of backgrounds for pictures. They even have two different ceremony locations. It was super nice not to have to worry about table/chair and tent rentals - they have everything all set up when you arrive day of. The bridal suite was perfectly stocked with everything we needed while getting ready. The bar is really beautiful and functional. I really can't say enough great things about this venue. The day went off without a hitch and that was in huge part to Kathy, her husband, and their team (our bartender was awesome!). If you are looking for an outdoor venue look no further! read more

My sister got married here yesterday. 5 stars for the venue. Hands down the most beautiful place I have ever seen to have a wedding. The owners take immaculate care of this property. They live on the same property that the venue is on but you would NEVER be able to tell. Everything is beautifully separated by trees and bushes. For the bridal party we had an entire wing of the house. A full bedroom with lots of mirrors, a bathroom with a shower, a living room with a couch and TV, and a full kitchen. These people really take care of whoever rents their venue. All the staff was sweet and professional and they were tons of help. Everyone I talked to at the wedding had nothing but amazing things to say about the venue. We couldn't have picked a better place to experience such a beautiful day. Thanks again!!! read more

The owners make it so easy with offering options for people to use if you can not find your own or need a better price. I just got married at this venue this past Saturday 6/29/19. Our big day couldn't have been more beautiful had we chose another venue. For an entire year during the wedding planning, Kathy, the owner, has been nothing but phenomenal on being so kind, patient, and very responsive. The venue is amazingly beautiful and the owners were very helpful all throughout the planning process. The site is set up for an amazing day with a separate bridal suite including shower, and grooms area to hang out. We had rain on the day of the wedding and we quickly diverted to the large white tent for the ceremony. The guests were flexible and the owners as well. The sound system is good for the site, and the area set up as a bar was really a great set up. We had our buffet line in the carriage house and the reception under the tent. There are lots of beautiful options for photo opportunities. The owners do an amazing job of keeping up the grounds. Kathy did a great job in making sure everything went smoothly and helped with all of the vendors as they came onsite. We read feedback about the limited # of bathrooms, but I would disagree - they seemed sufficient for our wedding guests and never had a line. We loved the location and would highly recommend it. My only advice is to make sure that you have in writing when the clean up can be done. We verified 3 times during the process that our Sunday wedding clean up could happen Monday morning only to be told on the night of (while we were in our fancy clothes and had a hotel room paid for so we would be close for next day clean up) that we needed to clean out that night. It did put a damper on the otherwise amazing evening. Just learn from us and get it in writing so that there is no misunderstanding. read more

We got married here on 9-5-15 it was very beautiful clean and everyone had a great time! We loved being in nature and even had a deer watching us get our photos taken. I had my wedding here July 2019. The venue itself is beautiful and there are a couple arbors to choose from for the ceremony which was awesome. Months before my wedding I had my caterer go out there with me to make sure that he could set up in front of the tent to cook and serve. Kathy the owner talked to him and they came to an agreement. Come the wedding morning everything was going well until my caterer got there. Her husband (other owner) came out and said "absolutely fucking not" he was so rude and arrogant. I explained to him that I had came out to talk to his wife and that she had given me the okay... he then proceeded to say "well then I guess that's something I will have to bitch to Kathy about later"... WHO SAYS THAT. If you are in the wedding business you should know how stressful of a time it is and be accommodating to something we had already agreed on. I had a contract for my alcohol serving to be over at 9:30 pm and the owners made last call at 8:45 which was uncalled for. Once my DJ got there the male owner was giving him the hardest time and nailing into him about everything. He was complaining that the music was too loud and the neighbors would be able to hear it and just would not stop.. my DJ had to threaten to leave and then he finally got off his back because that would obviously not be good for him. All my vendors were Hispanic and this was a Mexican wedding. As the night went on it seemed as though this was a racial thing... the way he was treating my vendors and complaining and dictating everything. My ten year old sister was playing near the pond and he came to tell her to make sure to not throw any trash in the pond... she replied "we know" because it's common sense and he proceeded to say "little girls with attitudes get kicked out of here" again... WHO SAYS THAT. Besides our wedding getting cut short, the owner being extremely disrespectful and racial, and the alcohol getting cut short... our guests seemed to have a fun time and we made the best of it. It's sad to see the length people will go to ruin someone's day and not be accommodating. read more

I got married here 08/22/2015 and the venue is absolutely beautiful !! Many places to get married and take pictures! The owners split their house. Half are their living quarters and the other half is the bridal house, which is awesome! They provide ice which saves lots of money! Kathy who is the owner of the property is very sweet and attentive. The venue alone i would give 5 stars!. There are some negative things. When i arrived at the venue to set up in the morning there was some left over decor from the wedding the night before.Guests told me several times that the bathrooms were out of toilet paper, the vendor should of been checking during the wedding and restocking it. During the bridal party entrance we asked if we could cut through the grass of the owners backyard so nobody would see us and the guy owner(which I've never met before) was kind of rude about it, like he was doing us a favor. I am sorry but if i am paying over $3,000 to rent a venue for 12 hours I should be able to walk where ever i want! Then after our first dance one of the grooms did a confetti popper and literally 2 minutes later the male owner came out and was pissed! He said those are not allowed here and made us clean it up right away. Our groomsmen clearly did not know they weren't allowed, the guy owner didn't have to get attitude with my dad about it. One last thing the owners dogs would randomly start barking inside the house. It was not a big deal because dogs clearly bark but if you are going to own a venue you need to invest in some no bark collars. read more

Attended a wedding here a few weeks ago. It is the most beautiful outdoor venue I have seen! The landscaping is phenomenal. You can tell that the owners take pride in it. They have a big man-made pond & streams running into it & it is really clean & nice. Their house is on the property as well, but off to the side so it isn't an eye sore or anything. They have lined their yard/house with large privacy hedges. I would take 1 star away bc there are no real bathrooms for guests. The bridal party & family get a separate at conditioned house with restrooms but there are 3 port-o-potties for guests. I will say that they were extremely clean & nice inside, with mirrors & side tables & flowers, but with over 150 people at a wedding & a line of 30 people at the port-o-potties whenever there was a 'break' in wedding activities, it was pretty bad. It's a very nice venue & you can tell a lot of money goes into the maintenance of this place. So I would suggest to them to invest in actual bathrooms with running water & soap. Overall, beautiful venue & our friend's wedding was perfect! read more

My daughter got married here on 8/12/16. The venue was absolutely beautiful and the owners were so easy to work with. Having it here made planning so easy, they setup tables and chairs, bridal suite onsite which made getting ready for the day all the better. We had to purchase very little decorations because the place is so beautiful. My daughter's wedding was truly the BEST DAY EVER and we owe most of that to Nature's Connection for making everything come together with the greatest of ease. So many amenities that they provide besides the excellent customer service. read more

I got married here in May of 2015. From start to finish, it was the absolute best experience. My wife and I had called and visited several potential places for the ceremony in the months leading up to "the big day." What we found through out this process was that most venues in the Seattle area are VERY expensive and the owners of these venues are not wiling to work with folks that are on a tight budget. No so here. My wife had spoken to Kathy over the phone and convinced me that we needed to go see the place and meet with her. We did so in late 2014. As most posters here have stated, the grounds were immaculate. We were also impressed with the fact that the facility was such that they had a rain contingency plan as well. This is difficult to find but insanely important if you're going to get married at an outdoor venue in Seattle. We visited with her for quite a while before we finally got down to brass tacks. We explained that this was going to be a smaller (40 to 50 people) affair and that we had some budget concerns. Both my wife and I were blown away that there wasn't a "one price fits all" policy. This was shocking due to the fact that it was obvious that they were not hurting for business. During this visit, we were introduced to her husband Joe. What an outstanding and helpful guy! When all was said and done, we left a small deposit for the special day and left with a payment arrangement we could handle. When the big day came, we could not have been more pleased with the entire facility. Everything was perfect and thankfully, the weather cooperated as well. The entire experience with working with Kathy and Joe was remarkable. It is obvious that they are constantly pumping time and money into the venue, the landscaping, and amenities. They also understand that you get only one chance to make this day as perfect as possible and that is reflected in their attitude and dedication to the process. Anyone reading this and considering an outdoor venue for their wedding would be crazy not to talk to and visit with these folks! read more
