I was immediately assisted by Joel, a very patient knowledgeable resource. He listened to me talk about the many ups and downs in my relationship with running; he even looked at my old running shoes while assessing me. He did thorough measurements and studied my gait; he than retreated to the store room and made a selection of the shoes he thought would be the best for me and my issues. I would recommend this store to anyone in the Berkshire area; it is above and beyond the best place to get a shoe. The Berkshire running center is truly a personalized experience UPDATE (9/2/2020) A few weeks after wearing my new running shoes the sole began falling apart, I contacted Berkshire running center and they allowed me to exchange those shoes for a completely different pair that would more satisfy my needs! They have some great deals for students as well as for rewards members, I have had great experiences with the entire staff. Dan and Ian have both went above and beyond to help me. Retail is hard in general, and I imagine could be even more difficult in a store that sells so much specialty product. The product here is good and the staff here is amazing.

We stopped in during a weekday afternoon to buy a few Disc Golf discs, and it was nice to see that they had a large selection to choose from. As we were passing through the store we also looked at their clothing sections and found some great deals on sports apparel. To top off our experience we cashed out with a really polite employee who held a conversation with us and asked us about the local Disc Golf course. This is not the first time we have had this experience here, and it is nice to see that this store prides themselves on customer service!
