As it turns out they have a number of problems that have not been resolved so am will be driving past this store because the convenience of being close by is out weighted by poor inventory control (consistently out of key products) long lines for checkout with no self check out. On my last visit I bought 2 items (only 2). I put them on the counter and put the bag I brought on the other counter. Somehow the checkout person rung one of my items twice creating a $10.00 over charge. That would not have happened if they had self checkout. I grew up in a family where I was the third generation retailer. I know incompetence when I see it. The convenience and new atmosphere of this store is an illusion. I'll be driving past it weekly to get what I need in better run establishment.

" .."Try this Vitamin World cleanse, it won't have you running to the bathroom"...."oh the Vitamin World cleanse that's $20 more, sure why not". Don't be fooled people, just read the labels and don't get sold on their products only. This goes for ALL nutrition shops. Vitamin World does have some decent products but not all their products are "THE BEST".

They have actual athletes and local legends to speak to their repertoire of rocket fuels. They don't try to stack cheap shirts and branded things and instead have a tasteful curated select few items allowing us to show our support, which shows me they have integrity and believe in their products. I am anaphylactic allergic to milk and unfortunately allergic to wheat. Those allergies make it difficult to navigate supplements, and I still find options there. At this location Jacob has been exceptionally welcoming and informative in regards to things he can procure if needed, as well as turning me on to products I wasn't aware existed. I do estate gardening/landscaping and am an endurance athlete so, it goes without saying eating can be a full time job, I need supplements to help buy me time between meals and for recovery.
