I couldn't agree more with Lori F's review. She is an amazing vet and my babies are lucky to have her.

Also what a B S from this place not letting the owner in with the dog. Covid it's over!!! Why can I go in with my dog when she is being treated? Dr Howel was the best and I am sorry he's not there anymore. From 1 to 10 I'm giving this place a ZERO

All based off low normal blood results. "Low normal" And that was the cause for regurgitation of my french bulldog. Fast forward my dog has classic Brachycephalic Obstructive Airway Syndrome (BOAS) and has blockage so much so, his oxygen levels are 98%. So in addition to $1600 bill to receive 3 thyroid disorders as diagnoses , not anatomical! Now we have surgery with a new vet. To hopefully let him eat and breathe without struggling Be careful, these are pets that we love. I wouldn't utilize this Veternarian. Dr. also has an ego Complex and forgot it's not about her or me, the dog is what matters. Run Just a paying customer!

It's more like emergency Hispanic to me. Yes I felt that vibe immediately. The lady at the front desk was explaining a dental procedure fee and the vet came out asking her if she needed him for something. She said no but why you coming at me like that. Race card whatever. Not Miller Clark.

They delayed his treatment until the end of the day, keeping him caged and alone for about 6 additional hours without telling me. When I finally got the call to pick him up, I learned he had just had the procedures and was completely whacked out if his mind from the sedation. They gave him no time to recover. He was a 75 pound dog that could not even walk and had to be carried to my car! Later he had trouble breathing and was crying to hours, still dazed and fearful. I wound up taking him for emergency care where he received IV fluids and something to help him breathe better. This was so very unprofessional! I never received a call back when I left a message about his labored breathing or a follow up. In addition, they hired an office manager who could not have been more arrogant, rude, and unpleasant. She made mistakes on mg bill which took her months to correct. Never again.

So besides needing eye drops for glaucoma and a cataract she required Prednisone. Well we all see these commercials for wonder drugs ( the wonder is why we take them with all the side effects) so even though the Prednisone gave my girl relief it slowly started to effect other systems. Last week in what appeared to be overnight she slowly stopped eating but only drank. That was a red flag. Took her to an emergency facility which was a nightmare. Four hours sitting around waiting for some diagnosis. Every so often someone would come out and give some empty info. Finally a vet came out and provided me with a 3 page plan with an estimate that sent me to the cardiologist. This where Zen Dog comes in. Based on the diagnosis and the plan with no light at the end we felt the best most humane course of action was to euthanize. Spoke with Dr. Ray., he could not have been more understanding and compassionate. He showed up at the house took the time to explain the process. Once comfortable with what was going to happen he started. Dr Ray gave us time to be with her and comfort her until the end. It was a very tough thing to deal with but she went with family around in her home and peacefully. If anyone who reads this is at that point with their beloved pet, Zen Dog is in my opinion a great comforting option

The Place is clean and it's not hard to get in for an appointment. My biggest issue is the turnover of doctors. Once I find a vet they never stay. I like to know my veterinarian and remain with the same person. I recently have been to a young doctor who I really liked and now I don't remember her name and I would have liked to follow her wherever she went. I have yet to find someone I really like in Fairfield county. But GAH so far has been the best option.

One I left because there was a big change in staff and not for the better, the other , the corporate office decided to close my location after 10 months. At that point it didn't matter since my dog had crossed the rainbow bridge. A new four legged furry entered the picture so I now needed a new vet. I came to Greenwich Veterinary Center on a recommendation. Since I had no history for my new partner in crime, I took advantage of their introductory offer for a "free" first appointment, sort of lets meet. The front staff was welcoming. The wait was reasonable. The tech came in brought us into an exam room we informed her we needed to get a baseline on health and vaccinations Karina asked the all important probing questions. Then the vet came in and she took time to perform the 120 point new vehicle check. Once she was done with the initial check up she went over a game plan. As it turned out my dog was mostly caught up with all his vaccinations. My big concern was flea, tick, and heartworm since I did not have any preventive meds and needed to get. At no point did I feel pressured to do anything additional everything was clearly explained. My only issue which mirrors other comments is the costs. Final thought, the facility was very clean and well lit, always a good sign!
