Be very wary when you go into this salon. They work on commission and will do all that they can to get the price up. I went with my 14 year old daughter and we had cut and highlights, nothing out of the norm at all. $800.00 later!!!!! What the heck! The cut is okay, highlights severely damaged my hair. I feel that this salon takes advantage of the fact that you are in the chair and they just keep adding onto the price, what do you do then???? Such scammers- I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau! Unfortunately the lady I have be going to for 15 years had to go off for 4 months due to medical issues. Worst haircutting experience I've ever had - come here if you're looking for a (literal) headache, if you're looking for a haircut then go anywhere else. My stylist - Sam, reeked of cigarette smoke and was dressed unprofessionally. He had a cut his finger so he was working with nitrile gloves on which obviously made it harder to do his job. Very messy and cluttered workspace, he dropped multiple combs and guards and proceeded to use them without cleaning them off. He was unneccessarily rough with me, gripping my head tightly and pushing his machine way too hard against my skin. His detail trimmers hurt like hell and left my neck red and stinging for hours after the cut. He did not follow my verbal instructions and instead decided to do whatever he wanted with my hair, including applying product without asking if it was okay. The only good thing about that experience was the polite assistant who washed my hair, and the manager who gave me a discount after I explained my issue. Overall very disappointed with the service, and will probably never go back. read more

Worst haircut. Fianceé left in tears as the hair dresser cut her hair too short! The hair dresser was more preoccupied with her next appointment instead of putting in a decent effort in providing good service. Would not recommend to anyone unless you want to throw away $85+ looking worse than when you walked in lol. read more

An unpleasant brazilian experience. She was a young-ish esthetician who performed a very PAINFUL and SLOPPY brazilian. Too much wax residue remained afterwards, as well as dark red blotches on my skin, which never happened from any previous brazilians. When she finished, she opened the door wide open before I had a chance to cover up and I saw two individuals in the hallway, so they obviously would've been able to see me if they were looking in my direction, which they weren't, luckily. I've since been going to a well-trained and experienced European woman named Elizabeth who operates out of her basement. She is AMAZING and charges much less. I'll never go back here or any other salon for a brazilian. Elizabeth is a Godsend! read more

Charged me 300$ for an instant glow down... hair looks nothing like the picture it would look better off covered with dollarama box dye. The guy who did my hair pressured me into doing it extra things that cost more that I didn't want. Yanked my hair so hard I almost fell over. Called and complained for a fix so they booked me in on The last Appointment time on Friday I came in with the FLU. I hid my hair under hats the entire week people who saw told me it looked terrible. Over the phone they told me that touch up would be free then in person tried to charge me 65 to extend the same shit orange up to my roots. I regret ever getting my hair done here now I look very very ugly. They even had the audacity to talk shit about me within an earshot... lmao read more

First time returning post COVID-19. Unfortunately about half the staff are wearing their masks under their noses. Then they have the nerve to charge a fee for additional PPE. Would be understandable if the staff would bother to wear it properly. Did not feel they cared about the safety of their clientele. Will not return. read more

I have been going to this place for the last year and a bit now, and never once have I ever EVER had a bad experience. In fact, this is my number one favorite hair salon to go to and I get upset when I have to go back to my hometown in the summer months. The employees there are incredible and will always make sure you're comfortable whether it's a coffee, water, anything. My hairstylist Haleigh is amazing, and really cares about her clients. She is also incredibly talented with coloring hair! Since I met her last year, I haven't let anyone else do my hair. I've referred this salon to all of my friends and they're just as happy with their service as I am (they also don't let anyone else touch their hair now). read more

My wife suggested I get a haircut here as they had a sign promoting $20.00 haircuts for men. I typically go to a barber but it's Sunday and they're not open. Seemingly the haircut started off ok, although as it progressed it was evident they stylist didn't really know how to cut men's hair. Back of my hair has a diagonal line, who can't cut straight???? This being said I've had worse haircuts but the thing that got me livid, was the fact that I was charged $33.00 for the haircut. I asked about the price and they said the promotion is only for certain stylists and I should have confirmed the price before I got the haircut (even with a HUGE promotional banner outside the store saying "$20 for men's haircuts"). Always an excellent haircut at NS3 where I leave other salons looking like the Gumby cartoon character. They wash out my extra fine hair before I leave and I have a very comfortable rest of the day! Staff are scam artists and not LGBT-friendly. I was just charged $80 for a men's trim, which is radically more than I usually pay, even at this location. It's worth noting that my hair is very short - shorter than the men who work there - and I was in the chair for 15 minutes. When I asked why the high price, the girl at the front desk told me I had asked for a senior stylist, which I had not. She also told me I had asked for a women's wash and cut, which I had not (I just asked for a trim) and I was given no choice regarding the wash. When I told her I had only asked for a quick trim, and didn't identify as a woman, she told me it was too bad, and actually hinted that I was lying about my gender identity. When I asked her how much men's cuts were, she told me $30. When I asked her why the price was so different, she told me she didn't actually know. Previously, I paid $60 for a buzzcut, believing the men's cut was $50. Never once did she apologize for the confusion. Basically, I just paid $50 for being born a woman. Never been so poorly treated by salon staff until Natural Solutions. I had been coming here for waxing for over 3 years and paying the same price for my service. I have had laser done so was always charged a lower price as there is less hair there. They randomly decided to increase the price I paid without telling me until I checked out. There was no manager there that I was able to speak with so after trying to tell staff I had been coming for 3 years and paying the same price, I ended up having to pay the extra money and was told it is because there is new management and they were going through the files and making changes. I was told to come back later when the manager is in. I am a student studying amidst exam season so this was already a huge annoyance. When I called the manager, she was extremely rude. While I was still on the phone, she said something along the lines of to someone who she works with "I literally can't talk to this girl anymore". She refused to refund my money. WILL NOT BE RETURNING HERE. Sucks because I really liked the waxer I went to. But definitely not worth it to be so disrespected. Save your money & go to a cheaper salon that also probably doesn't treat their customers horribly read more
