I certainly didn't get blond, but instead an ugly yellow colour. Yes, everyone agrees, it's yellow! I paid $150 for this hideous hair. Much more than my regular place. I should have said something then, but the girl was so young. I was hoping it would change after a wash or two,... it didn't! Oh, don't try and contact the manager to discuss the matter, you won't receive a call back. Called twice. Very poor customer service

I was so piss the end of my hair is uneven, and the hair dye she used was really bad my hair is so dry and this is the worst uglist hair cut i have ever had. she is a rude lady also, at the end she also charges tax which is stupid because i already prepaid from buying the coupon. i wish i would have never gone there.

I have really thinning hair on the crown of my head, very embarrassed about it and finally decided to stop styling my hair in the Donald Trump comb over swoop and cut my hair short. I went in with pictures, and Jessica stated she was really excited, and kinda invested in making this go good for me. Especially as I was already experiencing some second-thoughts and anxiety about just cutting all of my hair off into a bit of a longer pixie cut. The cut in the end was great! I will absolutely be going back in 6 weeks, we already discussed how we'd cut it a bit shorter in the back next time and I've already started experimenting with the styling she suggested. I will likely be a repeat Jessica client.

Its also a gorgeous setting inside, clean and professional, convenient parking and location, etc. Joe is one of the nicest guys ever, you can't help but love him. My first time going there, I felt so welcomed by everyone, and his wife (the other owner) even came up and introduced herself and was such a sweetheart. TBH I find that at some the better salons that a lot of the people can be somewhat snobby in a sense, and can make you feel a little bit uncomfortable. But the people at teknik couldn't be any more sweet and friendly. Joe always knows exactly how to give me the hair I dream of, even when I can't pinpoint it myself or describe it fully. They are miracle workers there the price is fair and costs the same as any of the good salons in the area. I'm so grateful that someone I know referred me to teknik, as I had such a difficult time finding the right hairdresser for me since I moved to the area. Every time I went somewhere else prior to finding them, my hair always ended up being underwhelming and sub par. And they'd never be able to give me exactly what I wanted or asked for. But I couldn't be happier with the incredible results I get with Joe from teknik. He always listens intently to everything I want and I love that about him. You can tell he really cares, and has a passion for what he does. As well as being a kind and thoughtful person is such a bonus
