I started Natural Pilates just over a year ago. Coming in, I wasn't athletic, didn't work out (like... ever), and had zero Pilates experience. Now, over 150+ classes later, my only regret is not starting sooner! I feel super fit, healthy, and mentally happier. It can feel intimidating to try something new, but the Natural Pilates instructors are so welcoming and make the learning curve really comfortable. And the great thing about Pilates is that you can go at your own pace! Plus the instructors are very mindful about modifying movements to suit your body. My body looks and feels the best it ever has. I have noticeable muscle definition in places on my body that were previously neglected. I have to shout out some of my favorite instructors across Brentwood, Beverly Hills, and WeHo, because they really got me here (although they're all amazing!) Keenan will give you an incredible whole body workout every time. He's so encouraging and supportive, and he's a great teacher all around. His classes are the absolute best way to start your day. I used to hate mornings until I started taking his classes. Devon is hilarious -- you will feel the burn, but he will have you laughing through it (it's like a bonus ab exercise!) He also brings a creative touch and explores different moves that optimize all the different equipment. Gev will help you find the mind-body connection in ways you never noticed before; his classes feel like a combination of a rigorous workout and peaceful meditation at the same time. Tamar brings such great energy to every class, is so motivating, and makes Pilates feel like a holistic experience. Her classes make me feel balanced-- literally and figuratively-- even beyond the physical aspect of exercise. And last but certainly not least, Laura (the founder) is just amazing. You must take at least one of her classes to get the full Natural Pilates experience. I swear I hear her saying "Squeeze your glutes!" in the back of my mind all the time. She built an incredible community of both instructors and members, and I owe so much of my well-being to her! Love this place so much. Try it, stick with it a bit, and you'll see and feel the results before you know it. read more

I've been coming here regularly for the past month and I'm hooked! I found this studio through ClassPass since I'm new to the area but now I just buy directly through the studio. The studio itself is very clean and the reformers they use look to be top of the line and new. I've been doing reformer Pilates on and off for several years and this is by far my favorite studio. The instructors here are fantastic. Chanel is my favorite so far - her classes are challenging but I feel so accomplished after. She also pays sharp attention to form and corrects you to avoid injury. I purposely go in late to work on Tuesdays so I can take her 8:15am class (sorry not sorry). Highly recommend this studio! read more

If you're looking for a pilates reformer studio, you need to give Natural Pilates a try! I've been coming here for 4 years. Right now, my favorite instructor is Gev. His classes strike the perfect balance of a relaxing/enjoyable atmosphere while also being physically challenging. Over the years, I've tried a dozen different pilates studios around LA, and Natural is my favorite. No matter what instructor you get, the classes really adapt to your strength and the level you're at. They also really stress good form, which a lot of places don't. I'm pretty frugal, but I love these classes so much that I'm OK splurging. They are a big part of my self care routine. I can't recommend this place enough. PS this studio is very COVID safe! This is the only group workout class I'll go to right now. read more
