I took my mom here to get our nails done. They are terrible. My mom's nails were all different sizes, shapes and lengths. The paint job was terrible they didn't even paint the whole nail. They are chunky looking and just awful. My nails are just as bad. The man who did them didn't paint the whole nail or cover the whole nail so you can still see my actual nails on the sides. They are all chunky looking and the paint job is all blotchy and just all around terrible looking. I brought my step daughter an hour later they said it would be 20 to just paint her nails and they charged me 45. The man who did mine saw another lady come in and she was asking for designs and gems and what not so he rushed through mine to hurry and do hers he didn't even talk to me just walked away to her. Terrible customer service as well. WILL NEVER RECOMMEND TO ANYONE EVER read more

I went there for a $35 pedicure. I was charged $45. Paid by card. It was charged three times. The staff told me I didn't pay and I had to go get cash. I tried to show them my bank statement but they they pretended to not understand. Stay away at all costs. read more

I wish I could give this 0 stars. After arriving close to 1:30 and leaving two hours later, I was moved three times after the gentleman doing my nails applied the acrylic. The woman who ended up finishing my nails was rushing to do them to get to her other client, and half assed the job. No work was done to smooth around the cuticles, not even oil after. I spend more than 2 hours in the salon and the little boy they let run around is all over. I don't care for someone in my personal space. I go to relax not have to worry about how long it will take or if the boy will be in my space. don't recommend if your trying to relax. read more

My mom took my 6 year old in to get her nails painted, and asked them for a "regular manicure" - they proceeded to separate my daughter from my mom, having my mom sit on the other side of the room so she couldn't supervise, and then gave my 6 year old a gel manicure. I was so incredibly pissed off at how unethically they acted - not only ignoring my mom's instructions on what service to provide, but then separating a minor from their grown up (which admittedly, my mom should have protested, but didn't). read more

Much like several other reviewers, I wish I could give this place a 0. My mother, my two sisters, and I came to this establishment for a belated christmas gift to get pedicures and manicures and within ten minutes of walking in the tone for the entire time was set. We were looking at the colors and hadn't even decided on one yet before one of the ladies ripped the color from our hands and walked away, not even telling us to follow her. We shrugged it off, not wanting to start anything, and were seated on the chairs in the back for our pedicures. We each chose the most expensive package because we liked the advertisement for everything that went into it. When my mother was getting hers done the girl doing hers CUT her on each foot, not even apologizing, stopping to make sure she was okay, or anything. Instead she put her foot back in the water and continued on with the other foot. When she cut this one too, again not offering any sort of apology for her actions, she continued washing my mothers feet in the now bloody contaminated water, not even CHANGING THE WATER OUT! For my own, i noticed that the girl doing mine had missed a step so I pointed it out because this step being done was the reason the package was priced at 65 dollars. Without this step, it would have been 40, and I said this. I was literally yelled at by the man who works there from across the shop that it would still be done, despite the fact that the order for the pedicure would have been wrong at that point, messing with the polish they were supposed to do. They went ahead with it after yelling at me, put baby oil on my legs, did the polish, half-assed did the rock step, and then left my legs covered in baby oil to the point that it stained my pants I was wearing. To top it all off, they charged us 320 dollars and wouldn't explain why the price was so high. Didn't offer any discounts for gouging chunks of flesh out of my mothers feet, for putting those feet back in contaminated water, not changing those out, yelling at me not only once but twice, and then overcharging us. We won't be going back to this place and we will be telling anyone and everyone who will listen not to go back either. Others have had terrible experiences here as well, infections, ingrown toenails, and more. Do not go here if you want to leave feeling good about your experience, or with all of your skin where it was when you walked in. read more

I can't even say if they're good at what they do or not. I'm in town visiting and thought I'd treat myself. Literally had people waiting for hours. And the prices were way higher than anywhere I've been. After hearing it'd be at least another hour wait I stood up and crossed my name off the list and walked out, with the woman yelling at me from her station to wait in front of everyone. So disappointed this time. I had an appointment at 6 thinking I'll get in. Meanwhile I was waiting a women came right in and signed in and took a seat at one of the workers station. I waited almost an hour and one of the workers brought me to a station and and put the tips on and had me wait another 20 mins in one of the empty chairs. After waiting the women started to do my nails and I noticed that she was in a hurry to finish. She didn't take her time. After having them on for a week one nail broke and another started to peel off. I will never go there again. This is usually my favourite place. read more

Absolutely horrible service, I called and made an appointment for a full set at 3pm. Around 5pm I decided I wasn't going to wait any longer than I already have. Multiple people that arrived or had an appointment after me got seated. The workers never said a word to me until 2 hours after my appointment time when I was packed up ready to leave. Wouldn't recommend making an appointment it doesn't matter anyways. Love getting my nails done here but not waiting 2 hours just to get a seat. read more

Nails turned out perfect exactly what I wanted, was able to get a gorgeous full set of perfectly coffin shaped acrylics for only $45. Super happy with them and will definitely be back. The woman who did my nails was super meticulous and careful to make each nail matched the size of the same finger on the opposite hand which I really appreciated. She definitely took her time to make sure my nails turned out perfect. read more

This place is unprofessional and the service is terrible. Took my sister for a wax, full set of nails and pedicure. We had a 4 Pm appointment. I dropped her off and after sitting for over an hour she got barely a 20 minute pedicure. Afterwards they filed her nails and said they had no one there to do a full set of nails or wax. Meanwhile there were several workers there. I picked her up and some skinny Asian guy said $56 please. Aaaaah nope! For a 20 minute pedicure and a 5 minute nail filing?? He claimed she asked for the more expensive pedicure, (she didn't) and he pretended not to understand. If you go there, make them tell you exactly what the price will be. They are rude, dishonest and incompetent. Will NEVER go back to this RIP OFF salon. read more
