They are chunky looking and just awful. My nails are just as bad. The man who did them didn't paint the whole nail or cover the whole nail so you can still see my actual nails on the sides. They are all chunky looking and the paint job is all blotchy and just all around terrible looking. I brought my step daughter an hour later they said it would be 20 to just paint her nails and they charged me 45. The man who did mine saw another lady come in and she was asking for designs and gems and what not so he rushed through mine to hurry and do hers he didn't even talk to me just walked away to her. Nothing was ever stated prior to the service. When I questioned the owners, their statement was that they need to charge more than other salons to keep the business open. They took a huge chunk of flesh out of my daughter's finger and laughed about it. If it were possible to give negative stars, I absolutely would! The nails they put on are not even straight- they are crooked and causing my daughter unnecessary discomfort. As neither my wife or I had a Pedicure before, she directed my wife about the initial Very hot water in the foot soaker. My wife's toenail's REALLY needed trimming, and I just do not have the right tools or knowledge. REST assured that they will walk you thru the Process. The Bottom of the Foot Caluses were also softened, with the Professional attendant, soaking then i will say sanding ( Most likely not the true wording ) but she alternated between Left and Right Foot, until very smooth. The Drying process thaat comes with the application of the choosen colour OPI product was Nice and the application of a skin conditioner to try to keep the skin moist was Perfect ! The nail painting itself was done really well and it was the exact shape and color I wanted. About 2 weeks later one of my nails got caught on something and ripped off which is when I noticed I now have fungus growing on my nails under the acrylics I soaked them off and it is green/brown under every nail! My nails were in perfect shape at the fill appointment and I've never had nail fungus before in my life. I guess I should have expected a lack of sanitation from such a high volume salon but lesson learned and I will not be going back
