In two weeks I had the 2nd permanent, it took 2 women to give her their opinion on what she should do next. I'm thoroughly disgusted with this salon. There was a elderly woman waiting for her stylist to arrive at the salon. She waited 1hr. the stylist was a no show. Everything in this salon needs cleaning . There are things you should do to have the public comfortable in the setting you want us to pay for. If this salon closes tomorrow it would not be missed. The owner is reviewed as a good stylists but watch your wallet. It cost me $85.00 for 2 perms & I was sent out with damp hair. I'm still wondering where the style went, she tried to fluff my hair. Why am I paying for a style when I look like I just got out of the shower. NO CLASS.

To be honest, my first visit was solely because she offered the best priced Brazilian wax in... what seemed to be all of Wisconsin... but her service is by far what kept me coming back. Guys, there aren't enough words to explain how awesome it feels to have found her! Her prices are awesome. Obviously reasonable, competitive with others in the industry, and honestly I think on the low end for the quality of the service. She's always SO accommodating when it comes to scheduling. I try to fit my appointments in when I'm in the area for work, which consequently tend to be last minute notice, and she always tries her best to see me. Her professionalism is really just off the charts, which seems to be hard to find nowadays. She's efficient, SUPER thorough, very detailed, sweet, funny, and makes me feel really comfortable. I can't recommend enough to come here if you need a single (or every) beauty related service.

Finding a hairstylist that you connect with can be as difficult as finding a therapist! I found Marie in about 2010, and I have not needed to look elsewhere since. The staff is always friendly, helpful and accommodating. I would also recommend Jerry Jones for any barbering needs. I am not deleting my review, but I will update my review and I ended up getting a refund. Maybe it was the nail tech or maybe the reviews are fake. The tech was very nice and did confirm the color and nail shape. When she was using certain drills, she was hurting and cutting my skin hence the bleeding on my nail bed. Mind you, I do not think they are cleaning their drills properly because you can see how I bled. I did not get cuticle oil or lotion on my hands. I've gotten $30 manicures at other salons and they at least put cuticle oil on my nails. I shouldn't have to request that, it should be given. My nails are pretty and I do like them.
