I paid nearly $200 for a lash set that started lifting and falling out within 3 days. The extensions were sitting noticeably far from my lash line almost immediately and the overall styling was not what I expected at all. I just moved back to town and had been getting lash extensions consistently for nearly 10 years prior to this tech, so I'm very familiar with proper aftercare, normal shedding, and retention. This was not normal retention loss. I specifically got these done for vacation, and instead of feeling confident, I ended up stressed that they wouldn't even last through my trip. What disappointed me most was the way my concerns were handled. I never asked for a refund...I reached out to Xammie hoping for accountability or some effort to make the situation right. Instead, I felt like my concerns were repeatedly dismissed and blamed on outside factors rather than acknowledged. Unfortunately, the customer service ended up being just as disappointing as the lashes themselves.
