Mind you, I do not think they are cleaning their drills properly because you can see how I bled. I did not get cuticle oil or lotion on my hands. She briefly told me to get blood work done for my hair and said we would discuss it later. A few days later, my lab results came in. I checked them online and waited for a follow-up or at least a call to discuss them. Instead, I received a short letter in the mail that said everything looked normal and I could "try minoxidil". No follow-up, no explanation, no discussion of possible causes or options. I felt dismissed and unheard. I expected a personalized approach, especially for something as emotional and difficult as hair loss. I left the clinic with no real answers, no plan, and no support. I don't recommend Kyla if you are looking for someone who will truly listen and help with hair loss concerns. This was not a professional or compassionate experience for me.
