Guys, there aren't enough words to explain how awesome it feels to have found her! Her prices are awesome. Obviously reasonable, competitive with others in the industry, and honestly I think on the low end for the quality of the service. She's always SO accommodating when it comes to scheduling. I try to fit my appointments in when I'm in the area for work, which consequently tend to be last minute notice, and she always tries her best to see me. Her professionalism is really just off the charts, which seems to be hard to find nowadays. She's efficient, SUPER thorough, very detailed, sweet, funny, and makes me feel really comfortable. I can't recommend enough to come here if you need a single (or every) beauty related service.

What's most frustrating is that a refund was promised--but never delivered. After that, communication completely stopped, and my messages have gone unanswered. I've since had to spend additional money to correct the issue elsewhere. I will be attaching photos of both the inspiration picture and the actual result so others can see the significant difference. The tech was very nice and did confirm the color and nail shape. When she was using certain drills, she was hurting and cutting my skin hence the bleeding on my nail bed. Mind you, I do not think they are cleaning their drills properly because you can see how I bled. I did not get cuticle oil or lotion on my hands.
