I went in for a manicure, and the salon was quite busy. They asked me to come back a little later, which I did. The technician did a decent job shaping my nails, but then things started to go downhill when another client arrived. The paint job turned out to be one of the worst I've experienced, with polish all over my fingers. While she was friendly, the quality of the work just wasn't there. The shape of my nails are fine. I guess try at your own risk as I personally will not return. read more

I've been coming here for a month now and so far this is my favorite place to get my nails done. there are always so nice, not really talkative but I don't mind that at all. the nail techs would always ask me if I like the shape, length, and polish color before moving on to the next step. the vibes in here are always so relaxed! read more

Horrid just horrid. Id expect that a nail salon knows how to do a simple french tip but no. wont be going back here. i didn't tip because i was so displeased but i should have and told her to put that money towards re-enrolling in nail technician school. read more

By far the worst experience I've had at a salon. First being referred to as "hey", trying to get my attention. Then the woman being very very slow, then the man takes over. Very rushed and rough. I literally yelled out "ouch" and he didn't ask if I was ok. Kept going and continued to be rough. He then stopped working on my nails, went outside to smoke, and then came back in and continued to work on my nails. Maybe sanitized his hands, but didn't wash them. He stunk like smoke, it was gross. My nails look horrible. Short and stubby and bumpy. All are uneven. I got them done I think 6 days ago and it looks like I need a fill already. The paint doesn't go over all of my nail. Just bad. I will never go back. read more

Good conversation and a nice nail job. I am not too picky, but thought they did a good job considering how busy they were! read more

I went in and asked if they had a certain kind of polish that I was looking for she said no they didn't have it and then I asked their prices and she just pointed to the list of prices just very rude, cold and unprofessional like I was a bother I had a few more questions about the shape of nails and she just brushed me off when I asked the questions it was very awkward. So I just left. then I went and read their reviews and was glad I didn't get my nails done there. read more

Day one and it already looks 2 weeks old. They don't paint all the way to the cuticle so it looks like it has already grown out. Also did a lousy job of cleaning and cutting back the cuticles on the toes and the polish is chipping one of the toes. These lousy paint jobs are from two different people, not just one. I was passed back and forth three times and was there for almost 3 hours for a mani-pedi. And this doesn't include wait time, as the place was empty when I got there and I got started right away. The only reason I got out when I did was because I put my foot down and demanded someone finish me up after I was already an hour late for another appointment. They had literally taken me to another chair in the middle of my manicure and started doing someone else, leaving me sitting there with my nails unpainted, while the girl at that chair was only half way through doing someone else. read more

i was able to schedule an appointment same day with my friend for full sets of acrylics and the staff was very nice for the most part however, i repeatedly asked very nicely for them to make my nails more narrow and they just made them pointy. the shape is hideous and all of the nails are different. the pictures can't capture truly how different they all are. i also asked for an almond shape and they gave me more of an "egg" shape. they points of the nails also aren't even and tilt to different sides. definitely very inconsistent with their filing. they charged me for 45$ for them. i hate to say it but i genuinely could have done a better job myself with some press ons from the store. i will not be coming back. read more

Really good acrylic fill! I'm not from the area and was a little unsure where to go, but I'm glad I went here! My nails are beautiful now

Showed up they told us 20 minutes to wait, they took my friend in right away and I waited over an hour. They were blaring president trump on the tv, I asked for matte which I didn't receive. The lady picked so much skin around my nails I'm shocked there is any left, asked her to clean under the nails and she instead picked more skin. They were rude and kept yelling in another language across the room. I won't be returning. read more

I did not have a good experience at this nail salon. The man who gave me my manicure and pedicure was very rude and tried telling me I wasn't supposed to have nail polish because I am a nurse. The manicure was ok but he did not paint close to the cuticle and it looks like it's already grown out. There are far better nail places in this area with great customer service that I will be visiting. I will not be back. read more

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The man doing my acrylic manicure stopped midway through while my "nails were drying" so he could go out and get a 5 minute cigarette break. My friend got a gel manicure, her nails looked 2 weeks grown out when we left the salon. Save your money, and avoid this unprofessional place. read more

My pedicure was hurried and the technician kept trying to direct me in a different language. Highly uncomfortable. Then I was sat at the dryer for more than a half hour (you only need ten mins). When he had the time to cash me out, he instead went out to smoke. I got up and waited at the register, he made me wait until he was done smoking and when he came in, he reeked of smoke. Then he tried to tell me my card wouldn't go through. I put it through myself and it worked fine. They have plaque on the wall saying you can't tip on a card, it has to be money, gee I wonder why that is! I would NEVER go back to this place. read more

I wanted to have some me-time and relax. The workers in here are rude and loud, speaking in their language across the room the whole time. The large flat screen tv was blaring a basketball match. There's a man (thankfully not doing my nails) who kept going out for a smoke and the whole place smelled of cigarettes. Would not recommend .. should have just stayed home and done my nail in peace ! read more

For what it is, a walk-in strip mall nail salon I can't complain. I walked in and was in my chair soaking my feet within 4 min on a sat afternoon. My all time best pedicures are given by Stacy at it's all about you day spa. She is now in madawaska so it's not feasible to go to her consistently (1 1/2 hrs for a true spa pedicure) I am a picky customer and left satisfied with my express pedicure. This is not a spa and is relatively inexpensive so do not come with grand expectations. In addition my mom and grandmother get their nails/acrylics done here and they are satisfied. I will come here between going to it's all about you in madawaska. read more

I've been here a few times and always had great service. It is not the most fancy place in the world but they get the job done. I've always had good nails. The pedicure I received this week was so relaxing and was done very well. I am going back today to get a manicure for my wedding. read more

I started going to Natural Nails in October when I decided to get acrylics again. My regular nail tech had moved away so I decided to give N.N. a try. My experiences, overall, had been okay up until my most recent visit on Sunday December 15th 2018. I decided to get my acrylics removed and go back to my natural nails with a gel mani. The first thing that struck me as odd is that she didn't soak my nails to soften the acrylics to remove them as I have had happen at other salons in the past. She started ripping and peeling off my acrylics. She would stick an unused artificial nail between my natural nail and acrylics to get my acrylics off. It felt like torture and getting my fingernails torn off. She was also using a cuticle trimmer to pry off the nails. She was being so aggressive that the cuticle trimmer broke on my nails. After all the acrylics were taken off, she began filing my nails with the automatic nail file (which I have learned since then that you are not supposed to use those on natural nails). At that point many of my nails were hurting and sore. She then told me to wash my hands so she could begin applying the primer and gel polish. When I got to the sink I realized that my left, middle finger nail had been worn and filed down to the skin on the bottom half of the nail. It was such a pain that I haven't experienced. When I went back to my seat, she tried to apply the primer to all my nails. When she got to this particular nail it was a searing pain and I explained to her that we couldn't polish that nail because the nail was raw and in a lot of pain. She told me that I was incorrect and the nail wasn't damaged--that it just looked funny because of the color of the nail. I tried explaining to her and telling her no. She polished the other nails and asked again about polishing that nail. I told her no because it was too painful. She told me to come back in a couple days to get that nail polished, but it is going to take a while for this to heal. I have to keep it covered and I am concerned with infection. I received no apology or acknowledgement of what had happened. I will be finding a new salon and will not be going back, and would urge people to be very careful about the nail work being done on them and tools being used. read more

It took almost 4 hours for a mani pedi, the technician left 3 times for a cigarette break, and it was 60$. Paint was chipped the next day and they what was used on my nails was cheap low quality paint with mardens price tags still on it. I will not go there again. read more

Went here for years loved it. Until the new owners took over. I got a nail fungus and hurt my fingers while filing because they were not practicing safety and sanatation. I went home with beautiful nails until the next day they were itchy, red, swollen. Went to the doctors and got confirmed a few days later had them taken off..took me 6 months to get rid of the fungus. read more

I went into this nail salon and they massacred my nails. The gentleman that did my nails hardly spoke and it shaped my nails like a witch. I would not go back to that salon for anything. Terrible salon. read more

Possibly the worst manicure of my life. Out-of-Towner in need of mani...now I am embarrassed to go back to my regular nail tech. I question whether my tech was licensed. He used rough grit electric file on my natural nails which are now as thin as a whisper. I declined cuticle or nail trim because it was quite clear my fella was not well-trained. Not even sure what brand polish was used, but thin and covers poorly. Definitely a pass. read more

I came here in hopes to relax and have some me time. I got seated and the nail tech looked at my service dog (who is a real service dog trained to preform tasks to mitigate a disability, not a fake one) and said "you shouldn't have brought her in here". At first I thought maybe he didn't see her vest and I explained that she was a service dog and was required by law to be here with me. He explained "yes I know that. But you shouldn't have brought her in here due to the smell". He then waved the brush that he dipped in the acrylic liquid around my face and said "see! It's so much worse for her". Than, he asked "What, is she for your anxiety or something?" I was mortified by this comment. It was extremely rude and ILLEGAL to ask. Under the ADA which is FEDERAL LAW, an employee can only ask two questions: 1, is that a service dog required of a disability? 2, what tasks are the dog trained to perform? He then goes on to explain how he disapproved of service dogs being in restaurants because those of us who have them really don't need them. I am extremely appalled by the lack of professionalism and the rudeness of the nail tech. Never again will I get my nails done here. read more

I will never......EVER go to this place again. I walked in yesterday and made a appointment for today at 9:45 with someone a friend requested. When I got there this morning I was told that he was not there. He was still home sleeping, and that I could come back later in the day if I had time. I told them I didn't have time, that is why I made the appointment. Reluctant, I agreed to let someone else do my nails because I was in a jam. No time to schedule at my regular place. I noticed that it is not very clean. Clippings were laying around, and all of the non-electric files he used had been used previously on someone else. He over used the electric file, and caused my skin to burn and bleed in 4 spots on three fingers on my left hand. I'm not sure if he knew that i saw the blood, on me, and on his (disgustingly dirty) fingers and the file. He asked me if he hurt me and I said yes. He said he was sorry. The damage was already done. Now it is 6 hours later and for some reason the tips of almost all of my fingers hurt. I can feel my heartbeat in my finger tips. I will never.....ever go there again. I can only imagine how many other people bled on the equipment before ME. Gross! I feel like I need a Cootie shot! I will be contacting the license-er. read more

It is my opinion that they are very good at what they do. I also know that they are probably one out of two of the busiest nail salons in the area. I believe they prefer to work off of a walk-in clientele. Especially during their busy times. It makes it hard for them to depend on appointments, being that alot of them don't show at all and most run late, except for their regulars. So, my advice would be to either call right before you go and see how long of a wait they are going on, or to just go in and ask and come back. They don't seem to mind this at all. As they have no way of knowing how full the place will be at any given moment. When they get overly busy they tend to rush. No, that's not ok, but that's what you have to be prepared for. They are trying to please everyone. Hell, they just need to expand and be bigger! In my opinion, I believe the best nail techs there to be Jesse, Tammy, and Sam. read more
